We need to get a commitment for a plasterer however and see the plaster applied before I'll increase the number of stars on the review. I would recommend to the company that they need to communicate better and more timely about the back-orders, delays in schedules. Be up front, be prompt, and be ahead of the game. I was assured my pool would be done in 30 - 60 days when I contracted with them. However, it took over a year. I was consistently lied to about the progress or lack there of. I would be told workers were going to show up on a certain day, they didn't and there was no communication by the company's owner Glenn Miller. I would call him, text him, my calls and texts would get no response. I would call the office and the nice but rattled office worker Becky would know nothing of what was happening. Eventually I lost it on Glen and told him what I thought about all the lies and delays and his unresponsiveness and he had the unmitigated gall to block me! He had $70,000 of my money, I had a whole in the ground and very little recourse. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. I did end up with a beautiful pool. However, I wouldn't use this company again if it were free!
