It wasn't until many months later and much work done, that their purposely-elusive wording finally came to surface, along with having an internal policy of not letting the patient know when their insurance is actually out-of-network. Needless to say got stuck with an unexpected and rather expensive dental bill instead. So they too just turned out to be yet another unscrupulous north-Idaho business that has always gotten away with it in this notorious anti-consumer state. Kudos I guess.

The first time I walked into Dr Anderson's office, I noticed there was NO dentist office "stinky smell" and was pleasantly surprised! I loved how friendly everyone was, from the front desk, to the exam room and back to billing/appointments. When I met Dr Anderson, I liked him right away! He's one of those people who put you at ease and make you feel good. He explained everything in a way I understood & during the procedure he checked several times to be sure all was well. Over and over I have seen that when someone loves what they do, it's reflected all around them. I believe that Dr Anderson is the magic behind the awesome energy and success of his office.

I should say at the outset, I am missing a molar on the left side bottom that had needed a root canal but no dental insurance made pulling it a MUCH less costly alternative. Almost immediately during the exam I get the sales pitch for an implant. Then I find that they billed both insurance companies and got paid twice for the same cleaning and exam: a bit unethical to say the least. There are much better dentists to be had but in a pinch this one might be okay.

I have never had…read morea dentist -- and I've had many -- who took so much time getting familiar with my dental history, and who, on subsequent visits, really took the time check and explain what he was seeing. I appreciated that he took a wait-and-see approach before rushing to fill a cavity (alas, it needed to be filled), and was so kind when we called with a scary, after-hours dental emergency. And the dental hygienists are fantastic! I have VERY sensitive teeth, and getting my teeth cleaned is traumatic. They are so careful and so patient.
