Tod, I had a conversation with a member of the team here. I was disappointed, disgruntled and…read morefrustrated that a weekly special order I had requested for a couple of months still had gotten missed. The team member was conciliatory and said he'd have the owner reach out to me. The owner did call me moments later. It was a remarkable experience. Not only was she forthright about the situation and miscommunication among her team, she presented me with a Master Class example of taking ownership of an issue and hearing what was being said by a client. I've taken our conversation and her leadership accountability to heart and will do my best to be just as sincere and transparent the next time that I don't perform as well I, myself, would like to be treated. I'm excited to continue working with the whole community involved with Gone To The Dogs. So appreciative of today's interaction, Bill

Wrangling our adult dog, the new puppy, and learning how to be parents was incredibly stressful. Our dogs are now PERFECT on a leash, and everyone in the household is happier! She helped us with leash manners, off leash recall, taught the dogs how to be calm and go to their places, helped with rough play between them, jumping on people, eating foreign objects, you name it!! We also saw results FAST. Our boys responded incredibly well to her methods! Best of all, the dogs seem so much calmer in general. We just had a UPS truck park next to us on a brewery patio & they didn't go nuts for the evil delivery man - this would have been unheard of just weeks ago!

Justin…read morewas extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the store selection and of the styles specific for my needs. He was very informative as well as really interesting in explaining some of the symptoms that I am currently experiencing with my foot and ankle. Literally, if i find a shoe that fits, I'll wear them for 10 years. Only because I can't find anything that fits properly. Justin found me a pair of shoes that not only feel comfortable but actually fit right. I'm actually looking forward to wearing them and walking without discomfort. I can't thank Justin enough. I thought posting this comment might be a good start. Thank you, again, Justin, for all your help! You made me feel like you knew exactly what I needed for these darn feet of mine. I truly appreciated your time and expertise. I finally found a shoe store with a staff that cares! Something I haven't experienced for years... and that says a lot about what you do. Outstanding customer service!

Frankly I was embarrassed to bring the bike in, but the mechanic (I'm sorry I forgot your name,2/26 around 10 am) was SO kind and didn't make me feel like an idiot, actually showed me what was going on. Then gave me some things to watch out for and advised some service I should ask my LBS to do. Cleaned up my bike, put some lube on the chain and when I asked what I owe him he told me to have a great day and ride safe. You don't get service like this often especially from a bike shop when margins are tight. Thank you, sir!

I…read morepractically monopolized the Chris- owner's and entrepreneurs-time for at least an hour asking questions due to being unsure of what to do with the stick. Chris was awesome and so patient with me. He immediately and personally anwered all my questions and guided me through what was to be a GREAT toy for my dog! Thank you Chris. Now after more experience and time with the pole, I would HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE who has a dog- I'm serious. You may ask (like I did)..."is this all there is to it"? after viewing the videos and the answer is yes. It's simple, it's fun, it's a brain game, a anxiety reducer and is the BOMB! Alot of genius, science and thought behind the stick! My dog actually loves it! When he sees the pole and or the "decoys"/toys, he "talks" and asks to play with it! Chris, I'm sorry for my doubtful debbie attitude, and thank ful for you being you! YOUR PRODUCT IS FANTASTIC!!!
