Should you try it? Oh yes!! I'm on my second program with Emily because she's made such an impact! Ambience: Anytime I'm ever talking to Emily or in circle, I feel so supported. In sister circles, the mood is always positive, even when one of us is having a rough day. We express what's on our minds and ask for the type of feedback we want. In 1:1 calls with Emily, she directs the call based upon what's most heavy on your mind, and destroys blockages in your life, one by one, until you feel complete and questioning why you ever second-guessed yourself in the first place! Emily is truly magical. Service: If I ever had any doubts, questions or concerns, Emily was able to explain thoroughly and work through my objections one by one. She dedicates the time necessary to address what's going on in your life in a way that feels so natural. It's like talk therapy - only she is specially trained to help you take positive, motivated action that serves you in the best way possible. Location: Emily can work with you both near and far since she communicates with you via email, phone, and Google Hangouts. The ladies in my sister circle were spread out across the US, and I feel very close to them after our time together. 3 Key Tips: 1) Be sure you're ready to set aside time to complete weekly accountability assignments. They ultimately serve your personal goals and aren't difficult - but you've gotta commit to change if you want to see improvement. 2) Emily's group programs are amazing! You'll be supported by Emily and a few other women who can give you insights on your goals that wouldn't otherwise come to light! 3) (general life tip on this topic) Learn to meditate. It's the most incredible tool you can use to give your mind the clarity it deserves. Recommended Programs: Freedom is Sexy or any program incorporating both sister circles and 1:1 coaching!

As someone who never thought I'd be a "coaching person," my opinion has been completely changed by…read moreEmily. I feel so motivated, empowered, and entirely supported by Emily and the programs she has created. I have found most success with 1:1 coaching, though Emily also offers group circles that are fantastic as well. The environment that she creates for these circles is welcoming, non-judging, and very meditative. During my 1:1 coaching experience, I was shocked by how wise and understanding Emily is. When you're speaking with her during a coaching call, she has the power to distill your thousand-word rant into a short, direct paragraph that completely and 100% captures what you just said.....and then flips your perspective on how to deal with it. The biggest benefit to working with Emily is having someone listen to you and then offer words of wisdom for how to get where you want to go. Emily has a way of getting you to connect what's in your head and your heart, then guides you through the action steps you need to take. Of course, nothing changes if you don't commit to doing the work! The accountability support that's offered is fantastic. Emily also offers insight and advice based on her training and knowledge of goddesses, moon phases, and such (in a completely non-woo woo way). I always left a call with a clear idea of what I need to do to see amazing change in my life. I am beyond happy with my decision to change my life with Emily's wisdom and guidance.

We had a situation where our ADHD daughter was a freshman at university and her world was falling…read moreapart. There were numerous situations that helped aide this waterfall but the bottom line she was floundering and could not look up. She was having great difficulty managing her new college life and finding success in her environment. We were referred to Shannon through a friend and honestly, my daughter's life changed. Through Shannon's coaching, our daughter re-found her voice and her dreams. Shannon helped guide our daughter in learning to advocate for herself, define her daily structure and future structure, if that makes sense. Our goals were simple. Let's help our daughter survive for 5 months so that she can have a good semester and give her the tools for success because her current basket of tools was empty. Our daughter had to learn to earn the grades so that if she chooses she can transfer with the ability to transfer. The problem with college life is that it is real life. IF you fail academically regardless of the situation you lose not just your learning but your to ability to have academic choice if one desires. Our girl went from complete failure to success. Mind you, our timeline was simple. 5 months. One semester. I am pleased to say that we will be keeping Shannon's coaching in her life. This young 18 year old fought to transfer into a school of choice on her own doing, advocated for an appeal when at first it did not seem possible based on the academic failures of her first semester, and got in. The biggest awareness was that Shannon helped guide her in a manner where our daughter could hear herself again. My only stipulation in a transfer was that it had to be self motivated without any parent rescue. She had to do it. She also had to earn the grades to show that she could do this- for herself. She had many options ahead. Choose to stay. Choose to take a learning break. Choose to transfer. Mind you, the point here is the word choose rather than not have the options to choose. We are eternally grateful for our finding Shannon. She became the angel that was needed when all we saw from afar was a young person sinking. Cheers to my daughters future endeavors and bigger cheers to a coach that guided our daughter and refilled her life tool box.
