I was told the visit would cost right at $300 or, I could sign up for their NextCare Advantage for $161 and $32 a month. Seemed to be the best deal at the time. The nurse and the Dr we're pleasant to talk to. They immediately said after looking at my throat, that it was more than likely Strep. However, after the test done in the office, they ruled out Strep A. They told me they would have to send another swab sample to a lab and that it could take up to 3 days for results. The Dr went ahead and treated it as Strep anyways. Well, 3 days went by and I call. I was told their computers have been down for 2-days and they had no answers. Yet, my condition has worsened, not gotten any better. I called back today to find out the lab results came back negative for "bacteria". Great! So, I asked then what it was I had. The response and the reason I'm taking the time to write this review? "You would have to come back in, and pay to have another diagnosis'. What??? They did not even help me at all! I said,' You want me to pay you for another visit for the same issue that was never diagnosed? Hope this helps someone. I just threw $150 worth of my grocery money for them to tell me nothing!

So I left there & went & waited 2 hours at the doctor at the urgent care that I saw the week before, he literally walked in, listened to my lungs with a stethoscope & said you have walking pneumonia & prescribed me an inhaler, doxycycline, & prednisone. The others said that the health care provider had not yet arrived and and she wouldn't arrive for 30 more minutes. One lady said that the kiosk wasn't really out of order. She moved the sign and signed in. Clearly, they didn't want a record of wait times. Totally unacceptable. My husband had a previous bad experience and told me not to go there. I should have listened. I am now waiting at the walk-in clinic at the hospital. An hour wait. Not great, but better than what I was going to get from Minute Clinic.
