The charge I had plead to and later found out during a routine work driver record is 333.01d which is Physical Control of Vehicle While Under the Influence. THIS WAS WITHHELD BY THE LAWYER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They were also recommended by the prosecutor oddly enough.
