I own a short-term rental but live out of state, so I've really needed to lean on them at times - they have been great in terms of housekeeping (reviewers regularly compliment how clean my cabin is), mowing, snow plowing, and even coming out on short notice to address guest "emergencies." And they also notice little things and give me a heads-up, without my having to ask. They care and are determined to do a great job - even when one of them was sick for several weeks, everything got covered - they never miss a beat, appointment, or cleaning. Bottom line, they genuinely care and it shows - I'm so glad I hired them!!
