We applied with Hiller Comerford Injury & Disabilty Law - Amherst office specifically - for assistance in getting them the benefits they needed. We got the news today that they dropped my family member's case because Social Security denied the claim and "they don't do appeals" when at the beginning we were told that they "would appeal as many times as necessary until they got them the benefits". This law firm is a complete scam and I would advise anyone who seriously needs help getting Social Security and Disability benefits to not waste their time with this firm. It was frustrating how they deny people that really deserve it. Finally after about 2 1/2 years of fighting I finally got approved. They were with me for the whole process. Explained what could happen and gave good advice. I am so thankful that I didn't give up. There was no way I could work again and I worked full time from age 18 to 56. Not like I was trying to get stuff I didn't deserve. It was a process but in the end it was well worth it. I highly recommend them.
