We also help clients interpret contracts they have already signed, and enforce or defend their contract rights in litigation. I also act as a mediator to help businesses resolve their disputes.

After eight years as a business litigator at a large Buffalo, NY law firm, I started my own law firm centered on the needs of business clients and business owners.
