Service and the owner were great. And they did a great job. It was a much shorter procedure and a lot better than my former place. The only problem is I have to fly there from NJ!! It's a great excuse to visit friends who used to live in my NJ town. read more

Juan truly is a Keratin Master. After having Keratin done in NY and other salons in Palm Beach County, I can honestly say that he is the best. He has been doing this for many years and has definitely mastered it. His treatment lasts longer than any treatment that I have had in the past. He is a very nice man, very reasonably priced and has a lovely salon. Hi daughter has now joined him and has learned from the best! I cannot say enough about Keratin Master! Definitely recommend it ! read more

They definitely named it correctly! I used to go to Colombia for my keratin treatments but I haven't been in a while and y hair really needed this. Located on 2nd ave a block off of glades in a small non descript business/ office complex is this nice little privately run salon. From the moment I entered the salon I knew I was in the right place. Juan's 20+ years of experience says it all. He works with his daughter and they are both masters! Call ahead for an appointment, they are busy, it took 3 weeks before I could get in, which is a good thing, so plan accordingly. The attention to detail while you're in the chair is amazing. My hair needed help and I walked out with perfectly straight hair and it feels and looks so healthy. Thank you! read more

Juan and his daughter, Jessenia, are such an AMAZING team. I have been getting keratin treatments from them for the last like 4-5 years and I can't believe I ever went without keratin in Florida. My hair is naturally curly and frizzy and I can get straight out of the shower and brush and by time it air dries, my hair is beautiful and shiny and has no frizz no matter how much humidity there is out even on the hottest days. My husband is always mind blown by how beautiful my hair is naturally with me doing nothing to it. No heat, nothing, between treatments that I get every 6-8 months. If you've been thinking about it, do something for yourself and call Keratin Masters to book. read more

Awesome service, friendly stylist, and they did a great job bc it seems like keratin is pretty much all they do. It's a small place but she did offer me a mask for the blowout which I appreciated. My hair is still pretty sleek and curls looser over 2 months later. read more

Definitely recommend. Everything about my entire experience when going here is wonderful and I always love my hair. I will be back again, thank you! read more

Made an appointment for cut & blow dry. My hair is thick, course & wavy. In the middle of my cut, Juan, the owner, cut his finger on the thinning shears he was using on my hair. He began to scream out in his Brazilian language, cussing and basically shaming me because my "thick" hair caused him to cut his finger!! This was my second time coming to him because he did a good job the first time. He could have not made the appointment for me and said he doesn't do customers with thick hair...I should've walked out, but my hair was only half cut at that moment and I had no where else I could go to finish the cut. Juan's behavior was immature, and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I had every right to walk out without paying, but I'm not that rotten, and paid less than what was originally expected...of course I'll never go back there, he's not into "thick" hair! Needless to say, it was the worse salon experience I've ever encountered! read more

I have been having keratin treatments done to my hair every 3-4 months since 2008. Always different salons/stylists. I could never find a good fit until I stumbled on Keratin Masters. Juan is the owner. He and his daughter are friendly, efficient and amazing. The keratin and color treatments they provide makes my hair look beautiful. They have recently moved into a new salon space which is bright, clean, and a perfect size for their services. The pricing is lower than most other salons which is a plus. If you are looking for a keratin salon Keratin Masters is the place to go. read more

This place is amazing ! They know what they are doing and only specialize in these hair treatments .... My hair has always been a problem and the b-tox helped a lot. Thank you Juan read more

I tried calling this salon multiple times to book an appointment, but no one ever picked up. When I finally went in person, the customer service was just as bad--rude staff and zero professionalism. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. read more

Excellent!!- Was referred to him by the neighbor and he works on his own with his daughter and he does a great job at very reasonable prices. It's not a fancy place, but the quality of his work and the prices are well worth it. Also very nice. read more

I was quite surprised and disappointed that the keratin treatment only lasted a few days so I cannot recommend.

So rude and unprofessional!! The owner should NOT be in front of customers. He was absolutely obnoxious, and wanted to charge me extra for thickness and length even before seeing me! I will NEVER go there, even if it's the last place that offered keratin treatment. NEXT! read more

Name fits!!! Perfectly done. Professional and efficient. My hair is smooth and sleek and I couldn't be happier. Wet reasonable price for amazing quality. read more

In June, I went to Juan "The Keratin Master" Burgos for a keratin treatment and I'm thrilled with the results. My hair looks beautiful; silky, shiny, straight -- and when i wash it at home, it takes me only 1/2 hour to dry and style! I was so pleased with the results of the keratin treatment that I returned to Juan a few weeks later for a color touchup. Once again, I left the salon with a gorgeous head of hair. He blended the shades, creating a subtle, natural effect and, just as he'd done during my first visit, he gave me the best blow-dry & flat-iron style! I realize that this review might seem overly effusive, but I'm simply being honest. The "Keratin Master" lives up to his name and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to transform their hair into a masterpiece. read more

Juan and his daughter give the absolute best keratin treatments. I am new to FL and was looking to find a new stylist to tame my frizz; I have been getting keratin for over 10 years on and off...i came across Juan on yelp and booked an appt with him. He was so nice, compassionate, and really took his time and it showed. My hair has never been this frizz free and straight in my life. I still can't believe how straight and frizz free my hair is from air drying it. Juan is a true master... read more

I went to Keratin Master's for the first time to have my hair colored before having a Keratin treatment. I have been having Keratin treatments for over 10 years and recently Googled to see who got the best reviews in the area as I was wanting to change hair salons. Juan and Jessenia are perfectionists, taking their time with the treatment. My hair looks amazing, I will definitely be a return customer, they truly are masters and their pricing is very reasonable. I was looking to make a change in the stylist who had done my keratin for over 10 years, as I have been less than wowed after the past several treatments and needed a change. I was lucky enough to find Juan @Keratin Master through searching on Groupon. Not only was he courteous, affordable, and accommodating, but I can honestly say this has been, by far, THE BEST RESULTS I have ever gotten from the Keratin process!!! His knowledge of my "difficult" type of hair, and attention to detail was exemplary!! I am happy to say "Out with the old and in with the new" Thank you Juan, you more than earned my repeat business!! AMAZNG, AMAZING job!!!! Francine M. read more

What a find! I have been going to Juan Jose for the last 3 months. He has done my keratin, color (corrective color) and cut. It has been a wonderful experience. Juan is meticulous in all he does. The worse job I ever had, woke up this morning my hair are all frizzy, - was used to go to that place since 10 years, giving good tips - yesterday went his daughter did the job and I paid $ 140.00 to have my hair all frizzy. Juan has no consideration for his customer he think he is above his customers He ask you to pay cash in order not to pay taxes, he does not know how to manage his schedule and take 2 customers at same time and give your hair to his daughter to be done $ 140.00 to have my hair all frizzy !!!! Dont go to that place read more

I've been getting my hair done with Juan for about a year. My hair was completely gray, Juan came up with the perfect color blend and highlights and made my hair look great. OMG best Keratin in Florida hands down. I have really frizzy hair and Juan makes me look great!

Best keratin treatment in town. Juan Jose is the best at this, he takes his time and makes sure he gets to every inch of your hair. I've tried keratin at other places and the quality is not even close to what you get here. My hair is so shiny and easy to style. This is what he does every day and he is without a doubt a master at it. read more

Juan was great. He did an amazing job with my Keratin. He was professional, friendly and I'll definitely go back to him.

I've been searching for a hairstylist that knows how to do a great Keratin treatment. I've had them done before at big name hair salons and those treatments didn't last long and my hair would still get frizzy from day one. Juan was very friendly and did a great job with my hair. I live in Palm Beach Gardens and it was worth the drive to Boca. I will be back again for color and highlights. Ladies you want to get rid of that frizz? Go see Juan and you won't be disappointed. read more
