The good thing about Valvoline Instant Oil change is... it's instant, or nearly so. Just drive up, you may have to wait a few minutes, then they can get the oil change done in 15 min (or in my case, 10). So it was a successful trip because the oil was changed but it ended up being more expensive than the local shop I've been to before. They will try and sell you things (air filter, etc) so just be prepared with your answer. I appreciate the speediness of the place but don't think it was worth me spending an extra $20 for the oil change. I'll probably stick with the local place next time.

Most of the time I take my car to the Dealer to eliminate risk of potential complications due to being unfamiliar with Subaru hardware, and without a Subaru dealer in Bowling Green, I was a little worried about finding a good spot to get the work done. The guys who performed the work on my car quelled all of those fears very quickly. The main technician was excited to see the car in the shop, and we had a good discussion about affordable sporty cars, which always warms the car enthusiast in me. I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes (with one other person in front of me, and only 1 bay open, mind you). It'd be nice if both bays were open at all times, but I understand the logistics of a small town probably don't make this a viable option. All told, great work to the Crossroads team. Don't hesitate to bring your car in for an oil change if you're looking for a good value and quick turnaround!

He was told they were closing in 5 minutes and couldn't do it. In my book if they don't want to take anymore business, close it up early. It was an eye opener for us. We took one in for a rotate and oil change…read moreyesterday and they did fine on the oil change, but told us they couldn't rotate due to wear and said our alignment needed to be fixed and we needed new tires. Now, they didn't call us while they had it in the bay and tell us this and offer to throw some tires on there and charge us when we get back, they sent the text that they were finished and told us after we got there thinking everything was done. I don't know why I expected good/any customer service from Wal Mart. Needless to say, we took it over to a competitor who told us that the alignment was fine, priced us out some tires and god them on in an hour. Won't be going back for sure.

I was given an estimate of 3 to 4 hours before they could even begin work, then a 2 hour wait while it was done. I was referred to the other store and told they could get me in but when I arrived the story was the same... same wait time! As an elder woman who has to wait on her car, I was really disappointed, to put it mildly, and wondered why someone didn't call me before I drove all the way there to find only one tech working.
