I didn't want to seem rude and make people self conscious by taking pictures with them in it, specially when in bathing suits and lots of young children. With that said, this outdoor pool is beautiful! The parking space is ample. So many places to park. The surrounding area is covered by trees and other outdoor activities including a baseball diamond/field and a very nice skate park. Upon entering, there is a small fee to get in daily. I believe residents receive discount to and there are passes available. As soon as we entered the swimming area, I was really impressed! Plenty of spaces to sit. In the shade, sun, a bit further away, many options. There is a shallow pool with lots of fun activities and slides for the young kids. That pool is 1FT deep and it's perfect for families. There's another pool with a basketball game another cool slide and zip tie pool plunge. On the far right there's an area with the long, tall slides ! These are new and look so fun. A bit further behind is a lap pool with diving boards. Unfortunately we came on a day with poor air quality and they had to close early. But we did enjoy 2 hours worth of swimming. There is an additional indoor pool and we were encouraged to swim there. We decided to go home. There's a confession stand that we didn't get to try and I haven't seen the fitness center yet. I honestly can't wait to come back, best pool in the area. Not too packed, big, fun, plenty to do. Loved !

There was a camp with hundreds and hundreds of children running around. They didn't all listen to the lifeguards. There were no chairs available -- that's on us, we should have come at opening, but it was wildly overcrowded and then another camp with even younger children arrived. My kids are young teen/tween age and excellent swimmers but it's more crowded than a Great Wolf Lodge on a holiday with a lot less supervision. I felt awful for the lifeguards. We'll likely come back on a weekend because the facilities are great but the amount of children vs adults/older teens is honestly hard to imagine and felt very stressful.

It's a pretty sweet deal if you come with a member because you can get in for free! They have a small deep end with a great slide. There's usually 3 lanes for people who want to swim laps. Most of the pool ranges from 5 to 3 1/2 ft deep. Great for family's and kids. There is ample seating available all the time and a large pavilion that would be perfect to host a party here. The locker room/bathroom is rather large with plenty of showers and toilets. They don't have much in the way of a snack bar, just your typical vending machine. There is also a fun play ground for the kiddies.

There is a really, really BAD odor of FECES and or out of control mold growth in and around the diving area and along the edges of the pool. It is really, really bad. A person could vomit from it. Get some bleach or muriatic acid and disinfect your pool deck/diving board and pool edges! It's just a matter of time until someone gets very sick from this. The staff was very nice and there were plenty of lifeguards keeping close watch. The outdoor pool area consisted of - Large pool section that went from 3+ feet to 5 feet - 13 foot area with a diving board - Lazy river - 2 water slides About 40% of the area where you can sit is shaded (either trees or a canopy). I can tell that people came early to snag those spots. It's a very nice and well maintained facility. One thing to be aware of is that there is no re-entry. So make sure you bring everything from the car you need the first time. There is plenty of parking. Overall we had a great time and next time we will go closer to the time they open to get a shady spot.

This Montgomery County Pool is a true gem and hidden oasis. Far enough to keep the droves of…read morepeople away during the higher of the pandemic. Yet close enough to manage the scheduled pool hours. Multiple smaller water slides keep the children happy as the diving board and 4 lap lanes are enough to get a good swim or dive in. Rock features preserve the Lawnscaping and the lifeguard staff seems friendly and competent. There is also a splash pad for kids which comes in handy during adult swim. An all around enjoyable pool that tics all the boxes!
