When I got there, the office staff was friendly and helpful. Of course I had several pages of paper work to fill out (medical history, nature of problem, etc.) and I was called back to the exam almost immediately. I explained my foot issues and, had X-rays, saw and talked to Dr. Victor Putz at length before I even got my paperwork completed! Dr Putz gave me great information that was understandable and answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed. Great experience with this clinic!

I am horrified by what happened at Springfield Urgent Care -- and I will never forget the way we…read morewere treated. We brought my 6-year-old daughter in for care, but instead of compassion, we were met with cruelty. A physician assistant pointed at the door and told us to leave, like we were a burden. No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

Let me just say I had a terrible experience at a "dentist" from across the street and I hated going to get checkups even afterwards. My dad's dentist was retiring and referred him to Dr. Lang, so my family decided to give him a shot. Well I am SO glad we did! I no longer fear going to the dentist anymore when I see him and Debbie and everyone at the office! Took me a few visits but now I can say I do not have anxiety about getting looked at. The office is decorated nicely, they offer videos and music while you're getting worked on and best of all they treat you like a human, not a giant dollar sign with a mouth on you. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lang and his staff. Gentle hands and gentle hearts. Switch today--you will NOT regret it!
