If it wasn't for the relationship I built with my neighboring boaters and the mechanic shop (Mike and Gretchen of M&G marine services are awesome) I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. We also saw a rapid decline in the demographic/personality of new clientele to the marina (started feeling like a visit to Walmart). Harbor9 has potential and hopefully they can turn things around but It was time to try something new so we moved to a marina up the street with nicer amenities and a cheaper price.
