My husband and I were first time home buyers and were very new in navigating the process of buying a home, luckily our realter gave us some of her recommendations and after doing some research we decided to go with Earl. We reached out to him and even though it was a weekend he set up a time to have a phone call with us immediately so we can keep things moving along. He made this process very easy, and he guided us every step of the way. He was very informative and on top of things, he made sure we understood everything throughout the process. He was readily available when ever we needed to contact him with any questions and concerns. Earl has made this process a lot less scarier and stressful for us, which in my opinion is very important as first time home buyers. He stuck with us from beginning to the end, there was even an issue that arose during our final walk through which had us in complete panic mode but we contacted Earl and he took care of the situation immediately with closing less than 24 hours away. Needless to say he contacted the sellers attorney and took care of the terms on our behalf and everything worked out fine. Closing day went great, we met at his office and handled all paperwork in a very timely fashion, we walked in and in a short time we walked out as official home owners. Earl made us feel like more than just another client, he even reached out to us about a month after our closing just to check in and see how everything was moving along with our move and renovations that we had told him about and that is genuinely great service. Thanks to Earl for all of his dedication, especially when buying a home during a pandemic.

Good Lord. Where do I begin. I went to this man on recommendation from a friend of mine. This is is…read morefor a first time home purchase. I was wholly unimpressed with literally every interaction I had with this attorney. Let me count the ways: 1. He did not place incredibly basic home inspection language into the contract, which is leading to me about to accept a property without any basic protections. I raised this issue to him at the day I signed, and he not only did not add the provision, but he also told the seller I already wanted certain items fixed, which could have killed the deal instantly. 2. When I further pressed him to add this provision, he said he has "never heard of such language in my life". I found this language instantly on a Google search and everyone - every single person - I have been in contact with tells me that this language is customary and basic. 3. Before finally firing Cleary, he had me in three WEEKS of attorney review. For a 1 bedroom co op. He showed absolutely no urgency in retrieving the necessary documents. I called him one week and he told me we are waiting on pertinent info, and I had to call the building management for him. A task I am paying HIM to do! After my quick phone call, Cleary had the documents within the day. Cleary never should have let it reach this long. My new lawyer got further in 2 days than Cleary did in nearly a month. It's his fault and he is responsible. 4. When I tried to call him for advice and asked him for an update, he hung up on me and yelled at me rudely. I literally asked him when I can expect an update, and he hung up on me. 5. Quite frankly, he was rude and condescending throughout our entire interaction all month long. 6. When I brought up the provision the seller put in for "appliances to be in working order on date of signing", rather than closing, Cleary had literally no idea what I was talking about. He clearly had not even read the rider or seller's response. 7. He constantly says he is "swamped". I'm a paying client too! Don't overbook yourself! 8. I have sent this man multiple emails, clearly angry, asking for him to actually do something to move along my deal and he doesn't even reply. 9. When I expressed my anger at how slow he is moving, and said that I could lose this property over this, he responded "Yeah, you could." 10. After going to my new, responsive, much better attorney, they told me that they couldn't believe he created a contract that literally had pages missing out of it. They had to do it again from scratch! I literally am in awe that he could be this bad. A horrible experience from the moment I met him. STAY AWAY!

They were always available to answer our questions--no matter how small--and took the time to walk us through each step. What really stood out was how clearly they explained everything, including why each part of the process was important. That kind of transparency and care made a huge difference for us. It's not every day you can say that estate planning was pleasant, but with Rosenblum Law, it truly was. We felt supported, informed, and well taken care of from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, trustworthy guidance.

A well-informed paralegal picked the phone up right away and clearly explained my options to plea bargain in NJ. He was honest about the fact that NJ does not change moving violations to non-moving violations, so the best I could hope for is eliminating any points associated with the violation. I got great advice without any pressure to pay them for a legal case. They offered a very helpful resource and I appreciate their willingness to listen to my story and share their knowledge.
