As soon as they were hired, they became rather unprofessional and unresponsive. They didn't reach out to ask about where they should stay over the wedding weekend until 3 days prior. At that point, all hotel rooms in the area were booked and it was only not an issue because a few people weren't able to attend the wedding due to COVID, so Ryan and his filming partner stayed in one of our rooms on property. The contract stated that the finished film would be delivered by 6 months after the wedding. I started reaching out after ~5 months to confirm that was still the case, as I hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed them every two weeks with no response. Finally, days before the contracted deadline, I got a response that they were running 4-6 weeks behind due to the large number of weddings they had because of COVID delays. I emailed them 4 weeks later with no response. Texted them, no response. Emailed again a week later. No response. My husband emailed a week after that. No response. We finally received our wedding film on 6/11/23 when the contract said the latest we'd have it was 12/25/22. That was 6 months late, not 4-6 weeks. In the few times that they did actually respond to our outreach, all we received were excuses. We'd even paid extra to get all the raw footage and we had to beg and plead for them to send that, which would have been an easy thing to send to tide us over. I do not recommend hiring this company. It's clear that this is a side hustle for Ryan and not a priority.

First off let me tell you that we live in Washington DC. Our wedding (which is part of what they filmed) took place in western Maryland at the Wisp Resort. They live in the Philadelphia area and their studio is in Lambertville, NJ. I feel like these guys definitely went above in beyond. The package we got included a pre wedding Love Story that they came down to DC to film. They offered to film both at our house and downtown around the monuments - it was really cool - they asked us about how we met - what we like about each other and other pertinent details that told our story. While they were down here they offered to take engagement photos for us which we weren't expecting - very cool of them! When they finished our love story they offered to burn it on CD and have it available to play at our wedding reception before we entered - it was such a hit. About the wedding - it was a bit different - it was more of a weekend event - the guys came up the day before the wedding and they were there for the rehearsal, the bonfire the night before and of course the ceremony and the ENTIRE reception! During this time they were shooting all along. They weaved all of this and our engagement video (that was online) into our wedding video. All of this was compiled onto blu-rays and packaged into a case that was designed using a wedding day picture of us that they took! It was truly amazing. Additionally they also gave us all of the raw footage on a harddrive at our request. I'm truly impressed with their level of dedication, professionalism and kindness.
