I can't find fault with Dr. Duplechain's friendliness, courtesy of staff, office experience etc. -…read morethey were all wonderful. This review is specifically focussed on my NeoGraft results. My hair loss hasn't improved at all, and appears to be getting much worse. I realize many factors contribute to this problem, mainly due to it being hereditary and increasing with age. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but definitely wanted to see improvements since this procedure is so expensive - over $12,000. It may work for some people, but hasn't worked for me.

It's been 3 years since I had a neck lift. He was great for the consultation However the day of the…read moresurgery he got quite rude with me when I asked a question that he thought he'd answered in the consult. He hadn't. Then, without my permission he gave me ointment to put on my face but didn't tell me one side was something new they were trying out. The nurse accidentally told me when I went back the next day. They were going to use my face to see if one worked better than the other. Immediately once the bandages came off I could tell the incision wasn't in the middle under my chin and one side was really different then the other. When I asked he told me it was because of some band in my neck. However when I pulled that side up it looked fine. He did do a couple of laser things to try to fix it but nothing worked. I hate how I look and I'm saving money to go to a doc in Houston to fix it. These pics are from today
