Dr. Bhakti worked with me for months to get them all taken care of, making a referral when necessary. Zero pain throughout the procedure, zero pain now, and a perfect bite. I give the Galveston Mint Dentistry my highest recommendation. I wish they would move or open an office up by the Wisconsin Dells.

Located at 3527 Palmer Hwy in Kroger shopping center. We heard staff telling another unsatisfied patients family that there is an "oral surgeon" that comes once a month and performs extractions. This establishment screams unfavorable and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to bringing my daughter. She is covered under disability insurance and it was the closest covered dental. She has a very painful broken back tooth with impacted wisdom teeth. Do NOT waste your time.. I'm concerned at this point if this is even a proper licenses facility.

(Also, I call bullshit on that other review, for real! But go check it out and make up your own mind) BTDubbs the sign in front of the building still says Apple. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. So, I'm just gonna list some of the BS (that I can remember in my current state of mind) that we've dealt with over all our past visits. 1. At one visit, a lady was there before us and after we'd been sitting there for 2 hours she walked out and the girls behind the desk proceeded to talk shit about this woman who didn't want to spend all day sitting in their dank/dirty ass lobby. This same visit, after the two hours we had been sitting there I asked to reschedule and they said we were next and asked that we wait just 20 more minutes. 20 minutes passed, then another 10, then I walked the f out! On one of the visits, the orthodontist told my niece that if the next patient needed some sort of procedure, that she was just gonna send her ass home and tell her to come back another time. Wtf?! So she can sit in their lobby all day again...? 4. On another visit, I'm standing in line to talk to one of the receptionists and when she is done with the person in front of me, she completely ignores the fact that I'm standing there and yells for another patient to come to the desk and discusses their payment and such (while I'm still standing there) which could/should have waited until after she answered my question. 5. Then TODAY... I'm sittin in the lobby, with no a/c mind you, for 45 minutes when the receptionists look up and ask me if someone sent our chart to the back. I tell them that I don't know, but nobody has called us. Then she tells me that "there must have been a misunderstanding" because the f'ing orthodontist has left for the day!! Are you f'ing kidding me?!!??! I'm not sure why (with the experiences we've had up to this point) but I am in utter disbelief! I have never in my life seen a more non-professional group of people/ business and if there was a way to get my money back and go somewhere else to finish up my kids' orthodontic care, I would do it in a heartbeat. Do not come here! Do not come here! Do NOT come here!! You've been aptly warned.
