All the bad reviews about the office staff are true. My husband is feeling I'll after a procedure…read morethere and he has been on the phone for two hours trying to get to a live body. He was on hold with a notification that his call was first in line for over 30 minutes. He started calling every other number he had for them and kept getting voice mail that the box was not set up to take messages. We will end up needing to go to ER in a bit. I had the exact same experience while waiting in the parking lot during a rainstorm during his original procedure. After trying to get through for over an hour, I finally went in to find out what the hell was going on since his appointment was 3 hours prior and they said they would update me. Lies. I went in and threw a small hissy fit and a very nice nurse came out and took me back to see my husband who still was waiting. Office staff just looked at me like I had lobsters growing out of my ears. Then I went to the waiting room and the office staff told me I needed to go wait in the hallway, because they were closing the lobby to go home. FFS! The doctor was nice and seemed very professional. As did the nurses. They would get 4 stars, despite the shitty scheduling. But that office staff all need to fired. Most unprofessional place ever. I wouldn't even them one star.

I am incredibly disappointed in this practice. Both the doctor and PA I saw were good but the…read moreancillary staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have confirmed kidney stones and cannot even get a return phone call (so far I have left 3 messages on voice mail and one in the patient portal in addition to the PA passing the information to the scheduling office) to schedule the necessary procedure. It has been a week of waiting just for a phone call to schedule. Not having the procedure can lead to further medical issues as explained by the PA. I had more than one employee tell me that they made a note in my file about scheduling my initial appointment. The doctor confirmed and showed me that there were no notes in my file. One employee gave me her wrong name. When I called back and asked for her at her request, I was told there was no one by that name that works there. Another employee told me that it did not matter if I had kidney stones, was passing blood or had cancer ( all of which I have) my appointment was three and a half months away. She was the one that said she made a note to call me if they had a cancelation that my appointment could be moved to and did not. I have no idea how to proceed or what to do next. I may have burned my bridges by posting this but at this point I don't see that it matters since I cannot get the care I need.
