Dr Burnette is good but the practice does not return phone calls.If you call,you can't talk with a human.You must leave a message that's promised to be answered im 24 hours.Nurse does not call nor is the portal updated.I have heard that "Kelly" has been brought in to help get the practice more efficient. read more

I came to Dr. Burnette with a terrible case of epididymitis. He put me on different antibiotics three times, but he never kept me on them long enough to kill the infection. It was a span of eight months of me fighting with his nurse assistant begging for drugs. He kept requesting MRI's and Ultrasounds. None of them made a difference. In fact, I haven't been asked for a follow up since his las prescribed ultrasound. What happened was, he let the infection come back so many times I had to get an epididymectomy from another doctor.
