So calling and requesting the additional 5 minutes was a deal breaker?? How about shorten the service?? Or just a SANITARY CLEAN UP!! That would have made more sense, and I would have been 100% OK with that!! I was even, for the groomers trouble, going to tip DOUBLE what I usually do!! I guess the groomers don't need the money or clients, or just prefer to be on break!! Yes, I WAS LATE, but that is life sometimes!
