When I started wedding planning, I was one of those people who thought, "I do not need a planner."…read moreAbout three months in, I was extremely overwhelmed, and wedding planning was becoming more of a burden than a joy. I started to look into hiring a planner and was recommended to Stacy by a coworker. I was first intrigued by Lorelle Events because Stacy offers a partial planning & design package that many other planners do not. Being a couple of months into my planning process, I already had a handful of my vendors in mind but knew that I lacked the creative design ability to create a uniquely personal wedding look that I was aspiring to. I later hopped on a call with Stacy, and within just an hour of meeting, I appreciated Stacy's kindness, warmth, honesty, and passion towards her work. From then on out, Stacy and I worked together for about a year, creating a wedding that I honestly didn't dream was possible. Stacy made the wedding planning process easy to manage and enjoyable. She kept me on track with timely goals and was always available in a timely manner, answering any questions/brainstorming design details. She has such an eye when it comes to design. She manages to take your ideas and bring them to life while ensuring what is created coincides with your wedding vision. She is EXTREMELY organized!!! Our wedding day timeline was down to the minute and was executed as such on that day. My husband and I reflect back on our wedding day often, and we consistently say, "It was PERFECT." My husband and I experienced our wedding as if that day was hosted for us and we were the special guests there to just enjoy it, and I cannot thank Stacy enough for this. Everything that day went seamlessly. It truly was perfect, and I attribute that to Stacy and her team! One last note: we had a hiccup when it came to shuttle service at the end of the night. The shuttle service was confirmed by my husband and Stacy the week of the wedding. Unfortunately, the shuttle arrived 45min late; during that time, Stacy was the one handling the issue, and she continued to handle it even the week following our wedding, communicating with the shuttle service about the situation and ensuring we were compensated for the delay. Stacy did not need to do this for us, as our event was now completed, but she went above and beyond what was expected, and it truly shows her dedication to her couples. She has your back! All in all, I am so happy I decided to hire a wedding planner and even more grateful that it was Stacy! She is amazing, and you will be so thankful that she was a part of your once-in-a-lifetime day.

Once we did a virtual introduction call with Stacy, it was a quick decision for us to know we wanted to work with her for our big day. From the start, Stacy's energy has always been both encouraging and affirming. Wedding planning is a time that is commonly stressful, but Stacy felt like our biggest ally the entire time. She respected all of our preferences, elaborated on our ideas so creatively, and protected our budget like it was her own. I can't imagine the amount of vendor correspondence leading up to the day, but her ability to manage everything so seamlessly confirms her level of expertise and professionalism. On top of being a logistical master, Stacy has a great eye and bright imagination when it comes to the decor and experience of a wedding. Once we shared our desired aesthetic, her input only elevated everything while maintaining cohesion and sophistication. As someone who gets decision paralysis, Stacy narrowed down all of our major vendor and decor decisions to a few quality options, and she took care of the rest. We were already impressed with Stacy's planning skills, but her day-of coordination was next-level. As the bride, I felt so at ease throughout our entire wedding weekend. I was especially blown away when she showed me - first thing in the morning - her mini printout of our entire wedding day's timeline that she kept cleverly tucked into her purse. The direction Stacy provided for our wedding party during rehearsal led to a beautiful ceremony, and we were truly able to enjoy being present with our guests while Stacy was overseeing all of the behind-the-scenes operations. Many of our guests later reported that it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and we owe all of that to Stacy's genius. If my husband and I could get married again, we would work with Stacy again in a heartbeat!

From the very beginning she was incredibly helpful and responsive. After meeting in person and seeing how completely overwhelmed I was, Clara offered so much guidance and support. She was beyond organized and had EVERYTHING in place for the big day. On the day of the wedding she literally took care of everything which allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves and go with the flow. Clara was so creative and really helped bring my vision to life. She was incredibly patient with me when I was having trouble nailing down small details. And she was really fun to work with, while also being professional. I can honestly say that there is no way we could have pulled off our perfect wedding without her! Hiring Clara was by far the best wedding decision we made and I would recommend her 1000 times over!!

I've planned lots of events so I had a clear idea of what I wanted - I just needed someone to execute. Enter, Clara. Clara was extremely responsive and immediately ran with my idea of a lemon-themed birthday party. She came up with things I wouldn't have thought of myself (personalized stickers for the favor bags and personalized napkins) and did a great job bringing my vision to life. During the party she paid keen attention to everything, so I didn't have to. Instead of pouring drinks and checking on food, I spent my time with my friends and family - many of whom I hadn't seen since before my daughter was born. That quality time wouldn't have been possible without Clara's help, and I was grateful for it. Clara's the quintessential Parisian. She has great taste in wine, flowers (and will arrange them artfully at your event), and food. If you entrust her with your event, you'll be able to rest easy knowing every element will be executed flawlessly. On top of all that, she's very enjoyable to work with. I'd hire her again a heartbeat.

This is a reply to Ramadeep who commented on my review for dream events…read more I m glad you had such a good experience with dream events. Unfortunately my experience is the opposite. It was not just the matter of payment only. First of all I never said I was not going to pay her. She DID get paid when she messaged me for the payment. To your other point of ethics, I totally agree with you that there should be ethics in business which actually she lacks. Just for an example I will give couple of things of her poor business ethics 1. It was part of the contract to provide certain type of bulbs on stage (the picture was provided to her before signing the contract) She messaged my wedding planner that the bulbs got damaged two weeks before the event. She said she ordered them on amazon n it may not come on time. (which is understandable). But a good business ethics is that you keep spares in advance. So apparently she said she will use another product and instead of asking us if we like them, she just told us that this is what she will provide us on the wedding day. 2. She demanded my event planner to use her business name or tag her in stage pictures instead of requesting if she can tag her in the pictures. NOT that we had any issues doing that but its just the ethics of asking that. Btw it was not part of the contract. So my review is based on multiple events that fortunately you did not experienced in your events with her to make the taste of her service sour.

I originally talked through some of my budget concerns for planning services and how my husband and I planned to do the front end work and were looking for someone to hand it over to the last month or so. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our big day, and be able to trust whomever we hired to take over and run the show. Sarah was that person!!! Sarah was great with reaching out and connecting all of our vendors, guiding me in the creation of our wedding day timeline, and offering wonderful vendor recommendations like hair, make-up, etc. We ended up changing our transportation vendor a few weeks before the wedding, and Sarah was on top of it all. In hindsight, I should have let Sarah run the whole thing from the beginning and saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety! She has a calm and relaxed presence about her that is so comforting to a stressed out bride. Sarah definitely became much more than "day of". From the start she was proactive and communicative, and her attention to detail with all facets of the plan made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. A month before the date of our wedding, COVID-19 (coronavirus) became a very real global pandemic and San Francisco quickly began to ban gatherings, restaurants and hotels were closing their doors, and air travel was being strongly discouraged - it was starting to become clear that our wedding was not going to go as planned for us or our guests. Sarah stepped right in with professionalism to communicate with all of our vendors and keep us ready for the worst case scenario, while also helping me keep my poise and spirit high in dealing with such a curveball. Ultimately, our wedding has been postponed to later this year and sadly, we will not be able to work together again as she has moved on to her next chapter and taken her life back east to New York.
