If someone is contagious there, you better wait outside to avoid getting sick. 3pm rolls around and I'm still waiting. What's the point of making an appointment if I have to wait an hour plus to be seen, especially when I had to wait 6wks for their FIRST available appointment. I was finally called back around 325p right as I was trying to cancel & reschedule my appointment. The facility & the equipment are all very dated. Update: Their turnover rate is high. Whenever I need to visit, there's a different doctor. I recently received a phone call that the doctor (that replaced the 1st doctor that I saw) left and now they don't have a physician at this facility. The location is great for me, but I will be finding another doctor. I'm looking into going back to Kaiser. I love their facilities & doctors!

They didn't ask me for no drug test and they rescheduled my appointment for May to come back in May. I didn't hear anything back from the office, so I called to find out was I still scheduled for an appointment on the last of May? I was told that I was discharged from the clinic due to a negative drug test. first and foremost I don't do any drugs and what I couldn't figure out is why the clinic kept giving me the runaround when I kept asking them. Why and what was the reason I was discharged from the clinic no lab no letters. no phone call to communication is awful.. The Office was very busy. I don't understand why my results came back positive. I don't do drugs and I don't appreciate being accused of doing hard drugs. Very unprofessional facility I would give them a -0.

I've been a patient at this office for the past 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating and disappointing. Throughout my time here, I've been given conflicting diagnoses by different doctors, with little to no clear communication or coordination between them. Instead of feeling supported, I've felt like I've been sent in circles without real answers or a consistent treatment plan. I was also prescribed medications that I clearly expressed concerns about due to potential side effects, yet those concerns were not properly addressed. On top of that, I've been required to pay for multiple appointments just to obtain paperwork that should have been provided alongside my diagnosis. I've also paid for additional visits under the expectation of receiving treatment, medication, and documentation--none of which have been delivered. While the nurses have been kind and professional, it does not make up for the overall experience. The lack of follow-through, communication, and care has caused unnecessary mental, physical, and financial stress. I have been waiting for months for medication that was promised for a condition that significantly impacts my quality of life. My emails, portal messages, and calls have gone unanswered. At this point, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable or consistent care.

I've gotten no notice no email no letter or a phone call about them changing services! So now all the patients have been sent over to Emory midtown. Which means they have to send over records and their doctors at midtown have to approve it before u can make any appointments it's just a HUGE inconvenience to everything that I have going on and I think it's just unprofessional how nobody notified me about anything that's taken place it's ridiculous
