Celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday at the Color Bar which I cannot recommend enough!! Planning this was simple and no matter who I spoke to they were always so friendly and helpful. Called and booked the party about 2 months in advance. You don't have to leave any deposit and the booking is easy over the phone. You are able to set dollar thresholds as well so that the participants don't overspend. This is a great party idea for that teenager! Color Bar party comes with drinks and cupcakes provided by KS. They also have a sign up wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday which was a nice touch. You can order food to bring in which I ordered pizza that was delivered from Sam and Eddie's. KS staff set up the back bar area with the food and drinks and allow participants to mingle and eat a little before bringing out the stones and explaining the process of making your jewelry masterpiece. All the girls enjoyed the day and left with beautiful jewelry. Definitely will be planning more events here. Customer service is excellent! Most of their touchless hand sanitizers seemed to be out of liquid, but everyone inside is really friendly. I took off a star because of the hand sanitizer issue. I tried to use four of them, since they have signs that say sanitize before trying on stuff, and three out of four of them didn't work! I appreciate the attempt, the execution just failed. However, that was my only negative experience in the store. I came the day before Valentine's Day because my husband left me an entire day the Wednesday before to be part of the Bucs Super Bowl championship boat parade. I woke up that morning to him telling me he was leaving for the day so I needed to figure out watching our toddler and juggling my 32 week pregnancy check appointment...all while working. You better believe he owed me a gift. I was actually a little disappointed the jewelry didn't cost more. Don't get me wrong, $96 for a necklace isn't cheap (which is what "he" ended up spending), but when you're buying a revenge gift money isn't so much of a problem. I really like the standard Kendra Scott oval pendant so I asked if they had larger stones (again, hoping to find something more expensive). Turns out they only had it in one size. As I walked around, I had multiple employees asked if I needed help. Everyone was friendly without being pushy. Upon checkout, they even included a cute little V Day card. It was an extremely simple fix, that no one I spoke to before her even thought of. She was able to provide an extender for my necklace so I can actually wear it. This store is pretty and captivating to me. I love looking at all the baubles (eye candy) in the Kendra Scott store. Kendra Scott makes higher end costume jewelry that, in my option, doesn't look overtly fake or tarnish easily (higher quality). I am a big fan of the tassel necklaces and also the earrings. The times I have shopped in-store, staff was helpful but not pushy. There are occasionally sale items at the back of the store (left). There are many styles and dsigns to choose from and even a Color Bar! side). I have seen an easel sign displaying a discount on one item during your birthday month (which I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of yet). I just got to give my sister the gift every 14 year old girl wants-Kendra! When I went to the store a few weeks back to make a purchase I didn't know exactly the move. This was my first time at a Kendra in over a year. I was unsure how the pandemic would affect them. For certain I knew there wouldn't be the glasses of Prosecco and cookies. I was a little worried that because of social distancing altogether the service model (that super custom 1:1 approach) would suffer. I am thrilled to report that is not the case! I cannot believe the kindness and custom service I experienced at Kendra Scott this week, particularly from Madison. I had been there multiple times over the week getting jewelry engraved for myself and a few of my friends in memory of a friend of ours who recently lost his life much too young. They didn't have the necklace I wanted in stock, so Madison went above and beyond getting it hand delivered and engraved in time for the funeral. She called me and kept me updated on the process, recognized me immediately every time I walked in the door, and showed me so much patience and compassion at every step. Today when I went to pick up the necklace, she didn't let me pay for it, saying it was a gift from Kendra Scott and she was honored to have been a part of this process. Rudest staff ever! I waited for forever to be helped. Multiple sales associates passing. Not one of them asked if they could help, nor did they acknowledge me. Once helped I heard multiple times how my purchase was "non refundable" but "I will reorder it anyway". My order would not have needed to be refunded had they had my size in store. Because of this, the sales associate had to make my purchase. I was told several times "she should have told you it is non refundable. Well, she didn't. I wanted to make other purchases while in the store, however she acted like it was killing her to help me. Then we were interrupted by another employee who stood waiting for the sales associate to stop helping me as if what she needed was more important than my sale. She did order me the correct size however, I walked out without any further purchases. Lesson learned. I'll order online from here forward. read more

The girls who work here are so nice. I was approached and followed by an extremely creepy man. He had followed me into the store, cornered me, was trying to talk to me and was being very odd. I left the store and later came back to buy what I was trying to buy and to warn the people who worked there. The girl working there (can't remember her name) was extremely apologetic and gave me my bracelet for free. She said we don't want you feeling uncomfortable shopping here and called me a security guard to walk me back to my car. She even walked me through the back in case we saw the creepy man again. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Three weeks ago, I decided for my birthday, that I would buy myself a pearl ring. I saw that Kendra Scott had the Cathleen, which was perfect and everything I wanted to replace my current ring. I went to the location in Hyde Park, and wanted to buy it in person, that day, but they only had a size 6 in store, and no other sizes for me to try on. The 6 did not fit, so I ordered the 7, had to wait 2 days to be shipped to me, when I finally got my ring, it did not fit. I had to drive BACK to the store, and return it for a size 8, since the 7 almost fit. While I was in the store, I saw another ring I liked, the Mila. Of course, they didnt have my size in store, so I had to order an 8, wait 2 days, and when it finally came in, it did not fit. I had to go BACK to the store, and order the size 9, I asked if they could overnight it to me since this has been a ridiculous process (little did I know it was not even over yet) and the manager had to call customer service, and get approval which took ANOTHER 20 minutes of my life! Once my Cathleen finally came in, OF COURSE, the 8 did not fit because the pearl indents, (which I would have realized if they had a size in store for me to try on). I called to see if they could order me a size 9, she told me to call customer service and that they are very helpful with returns, I call the moment we hang up and it goes to voicemail 3 different times. I call the store back and tell her, and she was like hmm that never happens, idk why its happening now. She says she will look into ordering me a size 9, and then she calls me back 15 minutes later THEY DO NOT EVEN MAKE A SIZE 9 IN THE CATHLEEN. The whole entire reason I EVER even went to Kendra Scott in the first place was for the pearl ring to go on a specific finger and THEY DO NOT EVEN MAKE A NORMAL FINGER SIZE! So I waited a day to think on it, and decided to switch the ring fingers, and put the Cathleen on my right hand and put the Mila on my left hand, which now meant I had to change the Mila AGAIN for a different size. I drove BACK to the store, and explained the situation, and she switched the ring for me (AGAIN DID NOT OFFER TO PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WHEN AS A MANAGER THAT IS THE LEAST SHE COULD HAVE DONE), she told me she transferred all of the information over from my previous order, and that I should be good to go and it will be here in 2-5 days. 3 days later, I check on where my ring is at and THE ADDRESS WAS PUT IN WRONG AND HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED!!!! I leave for my birthday trip in 2 DAYS and all I wanted was my new birthday rings, which should NOT have been this difficult, considering, it has been 3 WEEKS SINCE I FIRST TRIED TO ORDER MY RINGS! THREE WEEKS! And all of this, ALL of this, ALL OF THIS would not have happened if they just kept NORMAL sized rings in their store!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you are a skinny anorexic tiny person who can actually try on their sizes in store, otherwise you are just wasting your time. And I actually REGRET ever shopping with them in the first place, because the amount of time I have spent driving back and forth, and ordering and returning and waiting, ALL to not even have my rings for what I wanted them for. UPDATE: I've only worn the ring for 36 hours and it's begun to turn my finger green. This is unacceptable. So disappointing, both products and service from this store If you're going to have a strict no refund return policy then you should make that explicitly clear to paying customers before they purchase! My boyfriend bought me a ring as a gift from here, however after the fact we read reviews that the ring he purchased tarnished VERY quickly (within a month) for multiple customers. He was told over the phone and again in person that they would not refund him and would only offer store credit. Keep in mind we hadn't even had the ring in our possession for 24 hours. He bought it at night and went to return the next morning. While buying the ring the staff was friendly and great, however they couldn't have cared less when he came back to return the ring the next morning. If you can't receive the money back for the item then the staff needs to tell people that upfront. He didn't need to pay $70+ for upscale costume jewelry. On Nov 13th I walked into Kendra Scott on Swann in South Tampa at approximately 2:24 pm. There were approximately 4 customers and at least 4 employees. I experienced No one acknowledging my presence after 8 minutes. I walked around the entire store trying on merchandise check your camera and at no time did any employee say one word to me. For starters "good evening ma'am" or " we will be right with you". One employee started helping a couple that arrived after me. Two employees were helping customers but headed off the floor to the back of the store for some unknown reason. Both returned to the floor seconds later. Still I was invisible. I was just in the same store a few weeks ago and a young African American lady waited on me and was very kind. But I had to go over to her at the register and ask her if she could help me. She was not there today and By the way I made a rather large purchase that day. Today I went to the counter after seeing that there was an employee there not waiting on a customer and I explained to her that I had been in the store a few minutes and that I was not even remotely acknowledged. She apologized several times. I told her they should never ignore customers at least acknowledge them even if you are busy. Especially since I was in close proximity to all the customers being eagerly and attentively waited on. I turned to leave after sharing my experience very respectfully and professionally to your employee. I then asked who was the manager there. She said she was. I turned and left. Ms Kendra please talk to all your employees about customer inclusiveness and acknowledgement or just moderately good customer service. I shop at this store regularly, usually I buy a different piece about once a month. Obviously Kendra Scott jewelry is beautiful on Its own and the store is also beautiful, however, the real gems here are the group of women that work here. I wish I got all their names! Everyone is always so friendly, accommodating and gracious. Today I had a color bar party with a few girlfriends. Basically I threw my name into a jar for a chance to win one last time I visited and they emailed me letting me know my name was drawn. The idea is that you bring a group of girlfriends to shop Kendra while snacking and sipping. They had a tray of cookies and mimosas. The main girls that helped us were Megan and Amanda. Megan was so patient with us! We must have asked to see 25 different pairings of jewelry pieces and Megan continued to accommodate us with a genuine smile on her face! Amanda also joined us to assist in colors and check out. They both were so helpful along with every other girl in there! We bought earrings, necklaces and a couple boxes of lobe supporters! We booked another party for next month because we had so much fun. The girls that worked there really went out of their way to make sure we got the best discount possible and made the right jewelry choices! I can't wait to revisit next month. read more
