Throughout the process, I shared inspiration photos and discussed several design options before deciding on a curved bar pendant with a white gold chain. There was some miscommunication along the way regarding both the pendant style and chain selection, which I understand can happen when most communication is done through text. I even sent additional inspiration photos and screenshots from previous conversations to help clarify the look I was hoping to achieve. Once I received an updated image of the design, I felt much more confident and excited about the final piece. When I picked up the necklace, I did love the curved design itself, but I was disappointed in the diamond setting. The diamonds are much more covered than the stones in my bracelet, which makes them appear less visible and takes away some of the sparkle. Since the necklace was created from the same diamonds as the bracelet, I had hoped the setting would have a more similar look and feel so the pieces would complement each other as a set. (It don't have Cutlet Holes to allow light in at all) Overall, I think the concept and craftsmanship had great potential, and despite the communication challenges, I likely still would have left a stronger review had I been happier with the final setting. Unfortunately, the way the diamonds were set is what ultimately left me disappointed.

I needed the payments moved back one week. ie this upcoming Friday. I have (I thought) had this noted on my account several times. Yet they would call my phone to a harassing extent, that even the local police contacted the store about. (17 times in less than and hour while I was in a meeting with the CEO of my company). As well as hanging my my nephews door for over a half hour to the point they knocked the wreath off of my door. (Did not even pick it back up). Please bear in mind. Yes, this means that I'm always late, but I've never been more than 8 days late! And they know the exact dates. A friend of mine, they banged on her door for 23 minutes with a closed fist. We have the entire thing on ring door cam. She was THREE DAYS late on her payment because she had nearly died in an accident. And her daughter had already contacted the store about it. There is obviously something very wrong going on with this location and yet no one will step up. There is 11 accounts on just google reviews that if true, constitute as harassment to an extreme extent! If I can get some kind of confirmation that some kind of repercussion had been handed out to the management staff at this location, as well as an apology to ALL that have complained about feeling threatened in their own homes I will drop everything involved. But you have forced me to miss work, you have forced my nephew to MOVE out of his home and he's never even been a customer of yours, just lives at my past address!
