In November, 2019, I first brought in a previous wedding ring and had them repurpose it into a beautiful necklace which I gave to my daughter for her college graduation in May, 2020. She loved it and it was even more special in that is was an heirloom from her parent's. The staff here are very polite. They are good at listening to what you are looking for. When you inform them of your price range they don't show you something at the top of the range. That was noticed and appreciated. While you are looking you can have a glass of wine or a non alcoholic beverage. If what you are looking for is not in the store they will help you find it and have it delivered to the store. Wanted to sell gold there. They thought I didn't know how the process worked and tried to take me for $2k less than what it was worth in a scrap gold process. They also won't weigh your gold in front of you for safety reasons. You have to ask them to be transparent in the process. So I wrote a review on Facebook and now the owner wants to tell me I don't understand the process and I should make an appointment to talk to her. I have given her my numbers do asked her to call me but she refuses to call and chat. She just keeps writing on my post how I am wrong and is glad I could help the new guy in town by selling to him.
