She assured me it was not in a box. When it was delivered I asked the delivery people and they said yes, the mattress was in a box. I refused the delivery and called the sales person who told me she didn't think I asked her that or she would have told me it was in a box. After 3 phone calls regarding my refund and being told it would be taken care of I had to start a dispute with my credit card company before my account was credited. The credit was short $99 because they charged me a restocking fee even though I was lied to from the beginning.

Went to pick it up but the box was too big for my car so I rented a UHAUL the following day just to go pick it up. Get there and the lady says my order was canceled but they still took my money off of my card and then turns around to say they have the shorter one in stock but it's $100 extra! To top it off she was so nonchalant about their mess that was created! What happened to my table that we tried to fit in my car? Was it sold again even though I had purchased it already? So now I wasted $75 on a UHAUL for nothing and also have to wait 2-10 business days for a refund!!! I will never do business here again because I don't play about my money so I definitely don't tolerate anyone else trying to! Such an inconvenience.

There were also items on sale for which I was to get a refund. I was told that it would all be corrected. I received a partial refund about 2 weeks later. When I went back to the store, I was told that the balance was approved and I should be getting the approximately $900, back within 14 days. That didn't happen. After 2 more visits to the store, a phone call with the manager and two emails to customer service, I still have not seen the refund or even the emails which I was told I would receive.
