The attitude towards customers is a disgrace. I called a in a week ago to buy a cycling helmet and after some sound advice, purchased a Kask Vertigo. Once I had got it home and tried a couple of more times I decided it was a little heavier and much less streamline than my existing helmet so went back to the shop. The helmet was still in shop condition, boxed with all labels attached. I explained that I had changed my mind and said that I wanted a Kask Mojito for which I would have to pay another £20. They didn't have the colour that I wanted and I said that they could order it and post it to me as I do not live locally - I assumed there would be no postal charge but was informed it would be another £6. I said that I would take a refund as I didn't want to pay for postage and at this point the sales assistant, a grey haired guy in glasses, change this entire demeanour. He told me that he was disappointed that I had changed my mind as he had spent plenty of time with me when I had purchased it. I again explained why I had changed my mind and said that this was a customers prerogative but this fell on deaf ears. He was clearly annoyed that I had asked for a refund and he made it clear he was annoyed with me. A short argument ensued in which he called me an idiot and then told me that the shop was private property and asked me to leave. I have no doubt that the shop has a reputation for quality products and advice however the behaviour of this member of staff was a disgrace. I will never return to the store and until I get a full and equivocal apology will make sure that I use whatever legal means possible to ensure as many people as possible know how customers are treated at this shop ... read several other reviews here and they also describe similar experiences. read more
