in my opinion glen the shop keeper is an idiot and incompetent he has no idea how to run a business he is nothing but a time waster i took my bike wheel in to be fixed on Monday all it needed was the cones on the axle replacing 5 minute job he told me to leave it with him and call the shop on Wednesday rang the shop 6 times and no answer rang Thursday morning he said it will be done to day Friday 13/12/2013 at 3.30pm at 3.30pm went into shop he said he had dent done it a total waste of my time he also said that he had bin bizzy fixing a other customers bike wheel and he had bin waiting 3 weeks so id better get it done (his own words) his customer sarvice is terrible would not recommend James cycles to any one if your bike needs repairing go to derricks cycles skegness there brilliant very friendly read more
