After inspecting the work i had originally requested done, did a once-over of the rest of house, and recommended what he thought should also be addressed at some point. Picked up on all my projects that I was planning on getting to at some point. Having said that, he did not push any of the said work at all. Presented what he found, and what he can do, for what price, in a friendly, professional manner. Anthony is a super personable guy, who i had zero problems trusting. Want to talk about trustworthy? I'm usually hesitant when someone says, if you have a key I can do work when you're not home. Had no problem with providing spare key. He did not disappoint. Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. By the time I got home from work, everything was complete and not a speck of dust. I really can't say enough nice things. Highly recommend for any and all home improvement projects. Incredibly knowledgeable and very happy with work provided. All for a reasonable price. Will definitely look to them for future projects going forward

Had a problem getting dead bolt and door latch to work. I was told he'd return to fix it as he warranties his work. After two weeks, he has not returned. After contacting him he told me he doesn't warranty parts he hasn't purchased, which is ridiculous as the parts are not the problem. I need to hire another contractor to fix the existing problems. Would never recommend him.

We were nervous about hiring the right team having heard all the horror stories about contractors. However, we can't say enough good things about this company, including their professionalism, craftsmanship, courtesy & responsiveness. We saw a review given by a woman who claims an opposite experience when she asked for a quote. But her only experience was the quote process, which differs greatly from ours. She didn't get to experience the fine workmanship offered by this company & it's craftsmen. Rob came to us by recommendation of our next-door neighbors who have been using his services for a good 15 years. I only wish we were in a position to do the quantity and levels of work they've had done by Iannacone Home Improvements. Their work is absolutely beautiful & we highly recommend them without hesitation!

Soooo I'm trying to get some minor home projects done. But my 6 day a week 60 hr schedule makes it almost impossible to get any errands or appointments done. But here's where Dom the owner of Hope Custom Builders comes in. I have a quirky basement door which is between my kitchen and back room right at the transition. I think it was an outside door at one time & the previous owners added the back room on & just made it work. But the back room floor is in desperate need of replacing. Then I realized oh crap! I need to get that door fixed before I can put the new floor down. I didn't even know what was wrong with it exactly except that I could only use a baby gate to hold it up & it's super heavy. I was constantly afraid it might snap the gate & hit me in the head while going down there. Now this is the perfect example of what seems like a simple job turns out not to be so simple. But the tenacity of Erik & Brian over 2 days they definitely banged it out. Pun intended. Awesome work & excellent service! 10-24-2021
