Pam was not only able to provide quality contractors, but she advised us on what decor we should use to best position our home for sale. Because she did such a great job selling our home, we used her to purchase our new home. It wasn't until we were looking at prospective homes that we were able to see what a huge difference Pam's skills made in our sale--some of the homes we looked at won't be selling any time soon. The bottom line is if you are selling one of your largest investments it's best to use someone like Pam who sells fifty or so homes a year as opposed to your cousin who sells only five--Quality Matters.

My wife and I contacted Pam three years ago when deciding that we wanted to sell our house. Over the next three years while embarking on a complete remodel of the entire house, including a complete rewiring to bring up to code, Pam stayed committed to ensure we were receiving the best service from the best contractors at the best price. Pam is committed to not just make a sale, but to make a life-long client, but most importantly...a treasured friend! Most other realtors would have broken ties long ago. Not Pam. She worked to get the house listed for top dollar and then it sold for even more than the listing price! In just four days from the listing, she showed the house 8-10 times and had three buyers making offers. We entered contract in six days and exactly 35 days from listing, we closed on the house for $8,500 more than listing! If you choose any other realtor in the Pensacola area, you may buy a house and get a good deal, but I can guarantee that you will get the best house for the best deal from the best agent and make a best friend! No other agent is as committed to building life-long relationships through sales as Pam Heinold

They gave us a suggested To-Do list and a fair price to get the project done. I had no clue about the comprehensive Website they use to communicate. I used none of the features. I printed and initialed where necessary on one page of their contract and sent a check. When they indicated they were done, I sent another check. I thought it was over. I had no clue about the quality of workmanship they were using or clear on the time it would take. They apparently started the work immediately and finished quickly. I was contacted occasionally by Mica to see if the paperwork was in order. Because I was skeptical of using a website that is proprietary, all I printed was the page asking me to initial what we wanted on the suggestion list. I had NO CLUE Sugar Sands Construction made a video of the home before they started, a video of work in progress, and a video of the completed project. This was accompanied by more than 50 photos of the work. All surfaces in all rooms appear great. They corrected the siding on the home which was a serious challenge. Only because my wife is a Realtor do I rely on their resources. Our trust in Tammy really paid off with her suggestion on a contractor that had the resources to update the look of our second home. Just a beautiful job! GRBrownCPA
