Absolutely would not type the number in. Another customer had box and label and he told them that it was not the right type of box. Another customer had no box needed type of return and he wanted to charge her for a box even after she showed him that she filled it out and it was supposed to be free. Every other ups just dumps it in a plastic bag and moved on. This guy should work for the DMV as he enjoyed saying no way too much.

I was recently given the privilege of being the executor of a family member's estate. I'm sure the staff got tired of seeing me ( or really my jamming the copy machines, lol.) Through-out the process, I was in the store no fewer than 10-15 times. Every time the doors slid open, I was met with a smile and greeted immediately. Every time I jammed that copy machine or didn't know how to use it, someone quickily came over to fix my issues and/or show me what I did incorrectly. Everyone was also patient with me & my lack of knowledge! I truly appreciate the staff here and all the help I was given in order to complete my duties as an executor! It was something I had never done so it was very frustrating at time for me! Each time I needed to ship something swiftly, FedEx did NOT let me down. The envelopes arrived safely & expeditiously.

I use S & J, in spite of the fact that they are all the way across the country from me because: They are completely competitive in price with anyone -including the largest companies They pay attention to details -they recognize problems when they occur and fix them. I've had one large company print jackets WITH THE TEMPLATE LAYER STILL ON! 1000 CDs showed up with the word "TEMPLATE" on top of the art on the front! Are they even looking at these jobs? I can't imagine this type of error ever coming out of S&J. They actually look at the work and will question anything that looks odd to them. Personal attention -I deal with the owner, Jeff Fravela, who actually works on my jobs. He calls me when there's a problem and will work with me to make the job right. (Some of these big companies will make you reload all your files when all that has to be done is nudging an element over a pixel or a layer turned off) Jeff takes care of the simple stuff that I can't believe some of these other companies will throw back in my lap. I like dealing with a small, private/family-owned company I've done half a dozen CDs with S&J now and they are my go to shop. This company rocks.

I was the only customer in the store and they barely acknowledged I was there. They didn't ask what I needed. One female working on the floor behind the counter looked up complaining to me that the customer who brought in the package she was packing failed to fully disassemble the item. "so I guess I have to do it" she said sarcastically. I waited over 5 min before she asked what I needed and I told her I was just dropping off a return. She sighed and made strenuous grunting noises as she got up from the ground as if complaining to me that she had to get up. I placed the envelope on the scale and she asked me to pick it up because she had to log in. That took more minutes as the two employees talked about the bulk package scanning that had to be completed and she seemed unable to talk and login at the same time. After scanning and printing the shipping return label she handed me the bottom second page of the label which only had a tracking number. I told he I needed the return receipt to which she replied the tracking number is the receipt. I complained that the "receipt" she gave me doesn't look like the type of FedEx receipt I normally get. I told her this doesn't even have the date or time on it. She told me I don't need some thing with the date and time in it if I have the tracking number. I explained to her that this is a return item and I want to have some thing to prove when I turned it in for shipping. After making faces and gestures that indicated I was exasperating her. She finally printed me the normal FedEx receipt. Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Maybe it was a one off and a frustrating day for them but I guess I got to take the brunt of it.
