Rick was polite, informative, and easy to have in the home but most importantly, he did a tremendous job. The price seemed fair if a bit more than what we had hoped for. However, we did not want to gamble to save a few hundred dollars with plumbing work done behind a wall. Rick gave us absolute confidence in his ability to not only get it right but as I say, do a very fine job. Rick was natural and friendly with my mother who is a senior and who actually paid for this work. We will certainly consider LP&H in the future.

We live in an old old house with clay pipes that have disintegrated so we pretty much had no pipes for the sewage to drain. They started work on the Monday of the next week. Basement had to be excavated, pipes replaced, holes filled, basement cleaned up as best as the could. They were efficient, came each day 15 minutes early and worked most of the day. Trevor took care of filling in the insurance company with all the pictures and paperwork. I would have no problem calling them in again or referring them to anyone.
