The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. As a customer, appointments should be one on one not doubled. If I knew that was the case I would've rescheduled. She also had an errand to run afterwards so it felt rushed. I returned the next day to fix it with toner but that can only do so much. I asked for at least a partial refund because it turned out nothing like the inspiration photo I showed her but she only offered a partial balayage for the next service to makeup for it. Sadly, I am upset my hair is ruined so I will not be returning.
