Personnel World placed me in a very professional position with the City of Lansing within less than a week. I met some very wonderful people. In less than 7 weeks working with Personnel World I landed a great permanent position and have Personnel World to thank for putting me back to work so quickly and getting me out there to meet new people. Lychelle is professional, compassionate, and will help you every turn she gets. She is really looking out for her employees. Thank you Personnel World!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!

I moved to Lansing from Chicago to live with my fiance having no real job prospects. I had heard…read morethat Westaff was great at placing people so I filled out an online application and waited to hear from them. My only minor criticism was that I never heard from an actual person at Westaff to confirm they'd received my application and we actively trying to find a position for me. But that turned out to not matter at all! One morning I received a call from Mark Joseph saying he had a job for me, but that I would need to interview the next day and start my job the day after that... if that was ok. Of course that was ok!! My placement was a good, well-paying administrative position at a hospital. After working there for 8 weeks, I took two weeks off...got married...and before I could even call Mark to say I was ready for my next assignment, he contacted me to say that the hospital wanted me back for another 8 weeks!! After completing that assigment, I had logged enough hours to be hired away from Westaff and into the hospital. The hospital needed me to stay so they hired me on as an official employee and I couldn't be happier. When I spoke to Mark about my new job, he couldn't have been more gracious and let me know that if I ever needed his services again, I shouldn't hesitate to call. My experience with the Lansing Westaff was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!

I've worked with Westaff on a couple of different short-term projects. Both clients were nice to…read morework for, and the team at Westaff was easy to work with both times. As far as ratings and comparisons, I've worked with other agencies in the past who have gone out of their way to make me feel like I'm actually one of their employees. Westaff . . . not so much. They're pretty cut-and-dry: hook you up with the job, have you sign the paperwork, pay you at the end of the period, and collect their share. Not that that's bad; that's what they're asked to do. There's just nothing spectacular about how they do it. In short, they've been nice and efficient, but don't expect to get pampered.

IF they actually make it in-house it will be made with out-dated, barely functioning printers and worn equipment; but most likely they will just outsource it and price hike it unfairly and too high! There are much better choices out there, online and locally, that will be much more knowledgeable and skilled at printing and designing your project. The people in charge of this place definitely do not support local, they treat their customers slightly better than their employees and that's not saying much, and they have zero knowledge of Fine Art. The motto here is "Quality Printing and Design," take that with a grain of salt! There is no quality control here! Go somewhere with people who understand and appreciate art, artists, and most importantly, their community! This is a VERY poorly managed "print shop". BUYER BEWARE!!

Planning a memorial service is stressful enough, without the added pressure of putting a program together. I saw the great reviews on Yelp and decided to try my luck with this business. Not only did they get the job done with great care and concern, they went above and beyond.
