They couldn't even check it? They couldn't even respond that they'd follow up with the property management company? They simply said it wasn't their job. You'd think that they would at least have some protocol for such things (e.g., a list of phone numbers to call in this case)? No, "It's not our job," is their answer. Hmmmm....
