She was sure to first sanitize her hands and then asked me if I'd like her to hold him. She was extremely kind. Even through the measurement process, both of the nurses/physician's aids were helping me with the baby. When we went inside the room to see the doctor, it was child friendly and happy environment. Dr. Sosun Faqiri is fantastic! She was gentle with the baby while examining him, patiently answered my questions, and offered great advice. She took her time and listened to my concerns/questions and reassured me that all is good and I have nothing to worry about and was able to provide some recommendations. She was honest and respectful. Overall, I felt treated like family - from the moment I entered until I left the office! I highly highly highly recommend them! :)

When we checked in we were allowed on the well side as ear infections are NOT CONTAGIOUS, however nurse Tracey (who was extremely rude) came through the sick side and made us go through the sick side where there were a few sick children waiting to be seen. When I brought up that in previous visits we did not have to go through the sick side as my daughter is not contagious she said "I'm just doing what I'm told" and completely dismissed my concern. When the doctor came in she told me that no sick kids were in the room that day and it should be fine...then she told me that when I make the appointment I should just give the receptionist the symptoms and not mention potential ear infection...made NO SENSE and it seemed as if she knew that my daughter shouldn't have been on the sick side. The facility is always extremely dingy looking and the health care providers mope around as if they hate being there. Looking back, I should have left and just taken my daughter somewhere else to have her ears checked. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
