Lou came out to give the estimate himself and was very no nonsense and straight forward. He thoroughly explained the options for a system in detail and what he thought would work best and definitely gave me his best price up front. His style was definitely appreciated as some other companies made geothermal seem like a mystical art and balked at even giving me a ball park price unless I gave them a non refundable $1200 upfront to spend a day doing measurements and calculations on my home. Lou on the other hand was very low/no pressure and was happy to answer any questions I had both during the estimate and after the fact via phone. Just an old school good businessman. Anyway, Fast forward to install days (it was a 2.5 day job) and his crew is super friendly. They didn't mind my asking questions where respectful of my home keeping my home and basement as clean as possible while working and completely cleaning up after each day. Once completed my new system looked like a work of art and has been working beautifully while saving me money on my utilities and being way better for the environment. As in others' comments, he was here the next day. He expertly diagnosed the problem: the motor for the fan needed replacement as the bearings were shot. He had the new parts the next day, he pulled out the old parts, took them back to his shop, and came back in the afternoon for the repair. Terrific service! He also went over both AC units, noted a rusted capacitor on one unit. I'll be cleaning both units, as recommended, and he'll be back to service both. He handled the service request very promptly. The value was clear. Long story short, our experience with Nate can only be described as EXCELLENT! Going forward, he's our man for HVAC. John & Ellen G

Keith not only fixes the problem, but explains how everything works and why the problems occur.
