Had to put in a new starter later because it wasn't working correctly! Put in the new one myself and no problems since! Paid them to do some work on transmission pan for a leak. Had to take it back, because it leaked even more after they worked on it. Said they had a defective torque wrench and supposedly fixed it. Now leaking again and took it to another place and they said bolts weren't torqued right! Had them work on the driveline and rear axle? So my concern is am I going to be driving and have the driveline or axle fall apart? Too bad they won't let me put negative or zero stars for this review.

They called the next day wanting to know if we had spare keys, because they locked mine in the car. Then they went suspiciously radio-silent, so I called them after the weekend. "Oh, we think we know what the problem is," they tell me, "but when we tried to test it, we fried your computer. I'm trying to find one for it now. Might be a day or two." So I gave them three days and called for an update. "Well," she tells me, "the computer is in but we can't program all of it. We are getting ready to take it down to the Dodge dealership and get it programmed. Then we can get it back here and fix it. Should be done this afternoon. I'll call you." So I call them four days later, and some random dude answers the phone and tells me, "Oh, yeah he's out road testing right now. Let me just, let me, oh, he's back and under the hood, but the phone won't reach that far so I can't ask him about it. We will call you back in about 20 minutes." So 2 hours later I text my husband and suggest I'm sick of getting jerked around and maybe HE should call the guy and see if HE can get an answer. He decides to drop in and visit instead. "What's the deal with the car?" he asks. "I dunno. Had some other things come up," answers the mechanic. The conversation went quickly downhill from there, but eventually it was determined my car would be done within 24 hours. So they call me today (who knew? I guess their phone IS capable of dialing out!) and tell me my car is done. Since we both get home late from work, my father-in-law picks it up for me and we go to his house after work. "The key on the ring is your new key," he tells me. "The old key on the other thing only unlocks the door, but won't start it any more." Somewhat skeptical about this greeting, I go check to make sure my fob still works- golden. Which suddenly makes me wonder about the usefulness of the spare keys that came with the car. But I digress. "As long as the friggin AC works all the time," I decide. "That's all I care about." "Meh," he answers. "Didn't seem that great to me." I get in my car, inspect my receipt, start it up and head down the road, squinting into the lukewarm breeze blasting out of my dash, trying to remember how to program my stereo. Home is approaching, and my breeze remains indistinguishable from the air outside my window. I swing wide and add a couple miles to the trip. You know, in case for some reason it takes a little longer to start working. 10 minutes later, I sit in the driveway staring dumbfound but disturbingly not disbelieving at the dash of my car, blowing balmy air at my face like a Florida summer breeze. It no longer even gets cold the first few minutes. Just... just nothin. 12 days they had my car. A new key, a new computer, two new switches, a fresh batch of freon (it was full when I dropped it off) and a bonus fee for "evacuate and recharge AC to change switch" and now I have even LESS air conditioning than I had to begin with. So if ever you're in Blackfoot, Idaho, and you have car problems, don't take it to Danny's Auto. They'll keep it 2 weeks, break shit that ain't broke, never call you back, charge you a couple hundred bucks, and not even road test the fucking thing and make sure it *actually* works before they give it back. UPDATE: They are refunding my money. I'll take it somewhere to get fixed.

We got there about an hour before they closed but they took the time to look at it and found the problem right away. They told us they wouldn't be able to get it done that day which was totally understandable. They quoted us a very reasonable price and said they would hopefully get it done by next day. Well we woke up at 8am the next day and they called us saying it was all ready. My husband picked it up and they told him they ended up staying late to get the job done as they were a couple of weeks out on jobs and they knew we were just traveling through. The entire staff was awesome and so thankful to them all for everything they did. Total cost was actually under what they quoted so they also didn't charge us anything for doing a rush job. Truck ran amazing after and we made it to Montana and back home to Cali. Thank you so much Adrenaline Performance!!!

I am that mature l even remember buying brand new car from them at the old location and we bought and financed from Nissan/Kia at least 3 in the last decade. Dealerships are here to make money and to keep inventory moving so as long as you all agree on the numbers everyone should be happy. Live and let live, unless, of course there is a disagreement about the price or a service. Certain things I can do and would not require any assistance with cabin or air filters. If one of the major parts fails I'd prefer someone else to fix it for me. It is a shame that David is gone as he was probably one of the best mechanics in this area and I could discuss and correct any technical concern I had like when they sold me wrong battery size (24 instead of 35) etc. Now there is a reason I change my own oil. We reside out of town and bringing car in was a minor inconvenience as I had to leave it for a day, then come with another vehicle and grab it. One day I left my car for an oil change and was promptly billed for it and reassured it was all done. I found the vehicle at the very same spot it was left by me and according to the odometer it was not moved for 1/10 of a mile since I parked it. In theory it is only possible if they drove it to the bay and then backed it up into the same very spot in the middle of a busy day. Ok, the oil appeared much darker and more consistent with the oil that had been used for few thousand miles than the freshly filled one. Inquired about it next day and was reassured it was all done and they just switched to a different darker looking brand of oil for changes. I was not born yesterday. Spouse stated she gets better mpg after I change hers myself. Lately they nickel-and-dime even customers buying parts that are not very unique. Adding 3% fee to card transactions is just ridiculous. Do you realize your best sales efforts are being rewarded by people who spend more than they ever should and it is all done electronically? Wake up. It is 2025. Most transactions are electronic. There are even non-profits who figured how to accept cashless donations. You are not a struggling ethnic restaurant and the owner is not your typical "Pocatellan pooh boy" as he owns at least 2 other dealerships one in town and the other in a different state. On a bright side they never sold a stolen vehicle to a family member like Phil Meador did.
