Here's the thing: you didn't prep the material, then you blamed me for not buying from you, THEN you stated you would've prepared the material if you had... even when YOU told me to bring something to you. In the future, just state you can't do the job. Not mad, just going to use a higher quality solution where the result is as expected. My takeaway is simple: DO NOT use Big Frog in Cumming on short notice. Great people, poor quality. Guy blamed me. Stated there were "hairs" on shirt... bought and driven to him. He made excuses. Poor professionalism. They used to be so, so much better. Used them in the past when they were "professional", but they've lost the competitive edge.
