The first technician that came out was clueless he just made an appearance because he had to. Apparently he ordered a part for us which was never followed up. The year two technician (we had to call to remind them) was great, explained everything made some recommendations and said he would follow up. We called to schedule the service which included the item from the previous year. They had no clue but said for a fee they would send a technician and the window was from 9AM to 5PM to see what we needed. These people just can't deliver on any promises. Avoid them like a plague
