Luckily I haven't had to visit this establishment very often. I did make a visit in yesterday however. Nothing major. My 4 daughters all at the same exact time had come down with minor cold symptoms. My wife and I nothing. We both are covid 19 vaccinated so being the times we live in now and our daughters who attend a small private school going back to full classes and schedules on Monday we didn't want to take any risks. They offer rapid testing here so we made an appointment for 3 of the 4 (nobody will test a one year old). All 3 came back negative for covid, strept and Flu. Just seasonal allergies. We made a same day appointment for 12:30. The establishment kept sending us texts and moving it back. Which was frustrating but understandable. We finally got the tech to come in at 230pm. We walked into a well spaced out lobby and filled out some paperwork and questions then they sent us to the parking lot to wait for a text until the doctors was ready. About 15 min later we received a text. Walked back in. Was told due to pandemic only one parent can't be in during the swabs. So I waited in the car for a few moments. They text me "dad you can come in now". So I did. And we all waited on the room for about 30 min until the doctor came back for final look and with test results. I will say the doctors and the nurses were phenomenal. Very sweet and nice and caring towards all my girls. Made them all feel safe and important . The receptionists moved slower and not as friendly and they seemed confused on protocols of where people needed to be. Like I made 3 trips in and out of there. Facility for the most part was clean and had sanitizers every 5 feet it seemed so that was nice. The floors need sweeping somewhat fierce. Janitorial crew definitely slacking on detailed cleans. Overall it was a satisfactory experience. Got great results which we expected. Just did a better safe than sorry check. Doctors and nurse where Greta with kids. If you make an appointment same day just be prepared to be flexible on that time frame.

When you called back there is a sign on wall telling harassment or threats not tolerated. Bob Dylan said it best when he said times are changing, but these changes are alarming. This isn't just an office to get adjusted. The Spinecenter focuses on your overall health. They offer suggestions for nutrition and they have a Crossfit center next door. Actually the two businesses are connected and both owned by Dr. Todd. He will often recommend some exercises after my adjustment. The office is clean and modern. The massage therapist, Nicki, is very friendly and very good. She often incorporates cupping in her massages. I see her often and highly recommend her. Dr. Todd does take X-rays to evaluate what's going on with your body and he will show you the X-rays as well. He does have exercises that he recommends before and after treatment to help with your treatment, like the roller bed. I recommend seeing Dr. Todd for your spine. He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and he will remember you. The staff in the office are also friendly and helpful.
