Both shops couldn't patch the leak immediately and wanted me to leave the car. This wasn't an option for me since I was visiting Montgomery. The second shop suggested I go to King Tire. "They will fix a flat immediately when you pull in." And that's what happened. King Tire is a "Mom & Pop" business, not a chain shop. They fixed my flat, plugged the leak, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Cost was $15 - very reasonable!

They explicitly quoted me a 3-hour turnaround time for the job. ​9 hours later, the mechanic still couldn't get it done, and it stretched into the next day. They promised me it would absolutely be ready by 10:00 AM the next morning, but they missed that deadline too. They finally called me after lunch on day 2 to let me know the trucks alignment is as good as they can get it due to a control arm that cannot be adjusted. And when they test drove it they told me the brake calibers on both sides are freezing up now. They have said now they will try to replace them as well.To make matters worse, there was zero communication on day one from the staff throughout the entire process. I had to be the one chasing them down for updates, and nobody took any responsibility for missing the deadlines by such an outrageous margin. Even after forcing me to endure this massive inconvenience, they finally got the truck bsck to me after 15 hours. ​They will never get another dime of my money. I am sure they don't care, but buyer beware. Total lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. Avoid this location.

So decided to take it here so The first check out on my truck the mechanic didn't find anything even though I gave him the code on my truck. Their website is easy to schedule, select specific services and coordinate with the shop; 2) their service advisors aren't trying to rip you off or push you to buy something. They provide recommendations and tell you facts, but the weren't trying to sell snake oil, or things outside the owners manual maintenance guidance. 3) Prices are fair, reasonable, and everything is explained upfront. We've lived in Montgomery for about 6 months, and it's always hard to find a place to trust after moving to a new place. I distrust dealerships and won't take my cars there anymore. I'm super glad we found this place. I'll be coming back to bring my other vehicles when service is needed!
