Friendly and smiley at first, however once things went wrong, they had no idea how to handle things. I stayed at the Britannia Hotel about a month ago, and ordered a burger to the room. After 45 minutes I called to check, and they had misplaced my order. Another 25-30 minutes later, my burger arrived, lukewarm. Well, mistakes happen, so I gave the restaurant another chance, sitting in the restaurant. Ordered the burger. The gentleman next to me ordered the rib eye at the same time, and was out of the restaurant before I got my burger. A couple of guys ordered after me, considerably after, which was when I asked if they had forgotten mine. The waiter came back saying that it was on its way! I confronted him with the facts of the serving times around me, to which he gave me a puzzled look, saying that he could not explain why that was. I told him it was the second time they forgot my order, and without wanting to admit that it actually was the case (nor apologized) he told me that he would find a way to compensate me the wait. After bringing me the burger, approximately 45 minutes after I ordered, he offered me a cola!!! His compensation was a 33 cl cola! Mistakes happen, I know! However, things considered, I had expected them to handle things a little differently. Maybe actually apologizing AND admitting that they screwed up the order! Maybe a more considerable compensation taken into account they have done it 2 for 2!!! Maybe it's just me, but I simply can't give more than 1 out of 5, and they have run out of chances from me.
