The property had a million and one issues, including; a glass door broken by a storm that wasn't fixed for six months, non existent yard maintenance so she couldn't park her car by the front door or let her dog out with the prickers in the unmowed lawn, an electrical issue in the kitchen which blew out the light bulbs constantly, and having our move-in delayed three days because the previous tenants didn't move out. So who was stuck with the extra truck fee and moved into a gross uncleaned house? Weeeee diiiiid. They also did walk throughs for one middle aged woman and her pug twice in a year. Only to be told of needed repairs which they neglected. To top it off, upon move-out they decided to deduct from the deposit for "items" left in the yard. The items included a trash can that was put out for pickup and the crap that the previous tenants left. Further, they didn't even mail that reduced deposit refund until 8 days after it was due. Steer clear, there are plenty of better agencies in town.

She was extremely professional, throughout the entire process. Unlike many realtors, she brought in a professional to photograph the unit, and compiled a great advertising & marketing campaign! She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable. Her constant involvement, and research into community affairs helps her to understand the ever changing market. She will work diligently, and ethically for you in all aspects of a sale or purchase. During the process of buying and then selling this condo, I was exposed to numerous realtors that will only show their listings, or that of their company! I feel this is very unprofessional, and if that is what you want, then hire someone else! For those that are starting their home buying or home selling journey, I strongly, strongly…read morerecommend reaching out to Clare Meshot first before contacting other Realtors. Why?...because she wants to know your goals. She asks what was important to you. She researches the market/neighborhood/community so you get the most for your home. Like many people today, I wanted to do a "sell by owner" but the reality was - I travel and enjoy my weekends and at some point realized that I needed someone to take lead. But not just any someone (Realtor). Clare Meshot is positively different. She is personable-goal driven-genuine-seasoned-resourceful and above all, looked out for my best financial interest. I rarely leave a review but I read them because there is value and transparency, which is why I wanted to write one. While I was out of town, Clare checked on my home prior to a showing, and discovered my water heater broke. Water everywhere!!! Clare immediately called me and helped me take action. Not only is she a seasoned professional - she had a solid list of "Go To" people that helped rectify the situation and within 48 hours the water mitigation was completed, water heater was replaced, a handyman repaired the walls...etc and within 48 hours- my home was in "ready-to-show" mode. All this while I was out of town. AMAZING!!! I leave you with this- call Clare Meshot. Have a conversation as to where you are in the process of selling (or buying) a home. Heck, feel free to ask her about my journey, but above all when working with Clare Meshot you get quality and teamwork.

Having only lived in a home for the past 17 years, navigating the mobile home market can be challenging. Dani made this so much easier for me. I was under an incredible amount of stress because I was selling my home in Orlando and moving to Vero Beach. I am disabled and a widow. Thank God for Dani. She was unfortunately dealing with a difficult seller and a very stressed out buyer. I had some unusual situations on my end because I was selling my home in Apopka and I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a 1500 square-foot home. I also had a brother in Fort Lauderdale, who wanted to be involved in the process. Although, Dani was not my agent, her and her associate, Shari, really went above and beyond to help me not only get through this process, but to make sure I got the help and support I needed to make this transition. It really helped that Dani lived right in the community. She sent me links to all the different sites I needed to set things up down here. She also measured all the rooms for me, took extra pictures, and did multiple showings for me and my brother. However, what is even more important, was how much time and energy she put into trying to insure that the house was completely ready for me when I moved in. She met me at the Home on the closing day, we discussed everything that was going to happen and then I followed her to her office. I was really surprised at how simple the closing was, even though Dani had told me it would be. I appreciate that all the paperwork, like the title and tags, were taken care of by Four Star's. That's my plug for Parrish. Dani was right, I love my new community and I really love my mobile home. Thank you again, Dani for all your help and of course, Shari.
