Having only lived in a home for the past 17 years, navigating the mobile home market can be challenging. Dani made this so much easier for me. I was under an incredible amount of stress because I was selling my home in Orlando and moving to Vero Beach. I am disabled and a widow. Thank God for Dani. She was unfortunately dealing with a difficult seller and a very stressed out buyer. I had some unusual situations on my end because I was selling my home in Apopka and I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a 1500 square-foot home. I also had a brother in Fort Lauderdale, who wanted to be involved in the process. Although, Dani was not my agent, her and her associate, Shari, really went above and beyond to help me not only get through this process, but to make sure I got the help and support I needed to make this transition. It really helped that Dani lived right in the community. She sent me links to all the different sites I needed to set things up down here. She also measured all the rooms for me, took extra pictures, and did multiple showings for me and my brother. However, what is even more important, was how much time and energy she put into trying to insure that the house was completely ready for me when I moved in. She met me at the Home on the closing day, we discussed everything that was going to happen and then I followed her to her office. I was really surprised at how simple the closing was, even though Dani had told me it would be. I appreciate that all the paperwork, like the title and tags, were taken care of by Four Star's. Was cold called by this "experienced and established" agent today multiple times on my cell and…read morefamily's. Josh Thompson would not allow me to speak as I asked him to please stop calling my family's cell phone asking for listings on a sunday especially. Man was rude, pushy asking me to verify my cell phone and speaking over me asking if we had a listing agent. (Why would anyone list with you in that condition is beyond me.) Individual hung up mid sentence. Return dialed the number I had received calls from. Mr. Thompson asked me if I would like to continue the "conversation" of which I said, " We list multiple properties in the area and will not be listing or selling to your clients. Do not contact me in the future for either." He again interrupted me mid sentence and said- "So shut up then" and hung up. We do not hire people like this to list our properties. An agent of an experienced firm cold calling and behaving like this is shocking. I would not recommend this firm for listing your property or finding you one due to the level of unprofessionalism. We have bought and sold in the area for years, and I have never come across a single individual like this. Fancy website, dirty bad business. *Go elsewhere.*
