Amy Connolly, from the Real Estate Office, was referred to us by our agent in California. Compared to the other agents we were considering, she was extremely hard working and stood out as someone who would tailor her services to our needs. Instead of just putting us on an automatic distro and letting a computer program that I also have access to find us a home she researched other options and made sure we looked at the home search from all angles. With a combined 21 years of military experience between my husband and I, we are constantly disappointed in the lack of professionalism we see in the people we consider for hire. Amy was always respectful of our time by being prompt and keeping us informed. She has been in the business for a while and has the right contacts and references. She is one of the hardest working people I have ever met and I can tell she becomes personally invested in finding THE home for every client she represents. As a bonus, and this is not something I personally look for in a professional relationship, she has become a friend of our family.

We highly recommend Karen George and will only use her expertise on any and all real estate jobs we have in the future. We had some difficult moments (Buyers remorse aft. spending hours on document signing; almost buying a nice piece of property but w/a hideous view) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as Karen George did. Karen remained positive and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and, in turn we stayed positive through the process. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn't thought of. She is professional, polite,, friendly, great about making appts. immed., she always got back to us, and her advice was incredibly useful. She made sure as we moved forward that we were well informed and in agreement with everything taking place. She is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets, she answered emails, texts and calls promptly; and was always punctual for viewing. We had certain expectations in a home, which at times felt like we were attempting the impossible, but Karen George not only listened to each request, she managed to find us our dream home! Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. Karen has a passion for what she does and I can tell that she loves her job and the services it provides. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. We could not have done it without her! We couldn't have asked for a better Agent & we will refer all our family & friends to her any chance we get!

From the beginning, she made what could have been a very stressful long-distance home-buying experience feel manageable. I always felt like she genuinely had my best interests in mind. Suzy really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offered recommendations that made sense for me, and never made me feel pressured. Most importantly, she was a strong advocate for me throughout the entire process. Once I found the home I wanted, Suzy truly became my eyes, ears, and voice in Chattanooga. Since I was purchasing new construction from another state, I couldn't always be there in person, and she consistently went above and beyond to fill that gap. She stayed on top of the progress, kept me informed, attended the final inspection when I couldn't be there, and spoke up for me when something wasn't right or didn't meet my expectations. I honestly can't imagine going through this process without her. Having someone I trusted in my corner, especially while buying from out of state, made all the difference. I absolutely love my new home and am so grateful to Suzy for helping me get here. I would work with her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in TN.
