I didn't listen to the voice telling me "No" and I definitely should have. Offers were verbal and rarely accompanied by actual paperwork. Out of the 7 properties I've bought and sold, I've never seen the like. Not only would I never use her again, I would never recommend her either. In addition, she never even let us know that the property had indeed closed until we asked a few days after the closing date.

My wife and I were comfortable enough to explore the yard, peek in the attic and scratch our heads at post-teen color choices and afterward talk dollars and cents. Off the start, Tim was knowledgeable, not just well read-up. This was a neighborhood he'd lived in... His daughters attended high school down the street, he knew the businesses nearby, Tim could match interests of yours to names of people that worked nearby. Throughout the process, I think that was a excellent quality of his - Being able to speak to the sum of why you wanted to look somewhere. The rest of the process flew through w/ predictable assurance and w/o difficulty. As this review was finished now two years after the sale went through, I'm unsure whether Tim's still at the same location. Even if he isn't, I'd still go out of my way to look him up! My wife and I will likely do so at our next purchase, hopefully some distance off.
