The property was an hour away from her office, she went out of her way to make sure we had all the information on the property, she met us later in the day with her wonderful chocolate Lab ( thats a dog not a snack ). She has been quick to respond, quick to answer questions and quick to get things moving. We contacted several other agents before we found her, most wouldn't respond on the same day, one sent me a text to go to a web site, one answered the phone in a rough and rude way, and those where the quick responding ones. Best Realtors you could have. I cannot rate them high enough or state how much they helped me. They went above and beyond not only selling my house but buying a house as well. They spent hours with me and were always available. I was faced with an unpleasant experience having to sell a house through court mediation and dealing with a mental case X girlfriend. She was actually the one that recommended the Skorick Team during the court mediation. Apparently, her recommendation was due to the fact she thought she would get a referral fee and requested Nathan pay it under the table so I didn't find out. Once she realized Nathan would not do something so unethical, she lost her mind. At that point she did everything she could to cause problems, including trying to go to the broker and complain. She was shot down in flames time after time. Anyone that knows Nathan and Lori would never believe this woman's crazy false claims. As for the staging complaints by my X, there were absolutely no complaints on the decor or furniture in the house by potential buyers. The common complaint turning potential buyers away centered around the crazy colors she had painted the bedrooms. To be specific, these colors included a purple room, a lime green room, and a baby blue room. Her choice of colors was the biggest problem we dealt with causing potential buyers to quickly become uninterested. I felt bad for Nathan and Lori because they constantly had to deal with her psycho actions and claims, but they always remained professional. I would also like to point out of her review, she uses the words we and us. There was absolutely no we or us deciding anything. I was pro Skorick Team the entire time and never doubted them. If I were in the market again, they would be the first people I called. The house sold for above listing. If you want a realtor team that is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the Skorick Team is without a doubt the best choice you could make. I cannot say enough positive about them. I would not pay much attention to a low score review given by a manipulative crazy woman who didn't get paid "under the table," like she requested. I worked with Nathan Skorick previously in a real estate transaction (May 2020) and thought he did an ok job. So, I recommended him in a settlement to sell my and my ex's home. We agreed to list the property $25K below market value because Nathan felt confident we would get multiple offers at that price point. He and Lori (his wife, who does not hold an active license) then proceeded to stage the contemporary home--recommending taxidermy, cowskin, cowboy art, and a saddle in the family room built in shelving. The Skorick Team staging recommendations went against industry standards and did not remotely compliment marble floors and countertops. Nathan did not comply with my wishes to neutralize the staging/pictures for a broader buyer appeal--I was already out of the home. He refused to offer written staging feedback which I requested numerous times. Most buyers cannot see past dead animal heads and a western theme which is very distracting to say the least. Some people find it to be a huge turnoff. It was an unnecessary risk. This miscalculation was evident. Per Nathan, "given the number of showings (received) we would anticipate 2-3 offers". No acceptable offers came in the expected timeframe. When we did receive an initial offer, Nathan emailed that it was being actively negotiated in the same email in which he presented the offer to me. He negotiated this offer without my consent or knowledge which was completely unprofessional and a violation of his duties as my Realtor. Less than a month into the listing, he did a "bait and switch" tactic when he provided a largely new set of comps that were not in the same custom neighborhood and did not even feed to the same schools. His new recommendation accompanying these comps was to decrease the sales price $30,000. We did not take Nathan's advice and I am very thankful. The home eventually did sell near list price but his poor recommendations almost cost us $30K! I would not recommend Nathan or this KW Celina branch based on my personal experience. read more

Had several issues. Got one returned phone call and email. Then seems like we were blown off, maybe because the deal closed?

I have never worked with this agency, however, after e-mails I received from Mr. Kaplan, I never would. He was extremely rude, told my fiancé that she was "half cocked" and then stated he was offering his services but now was withdrawing his offer. (I can't fully explain as the story has personal info). But if this is the type of stuff they are willing to put in writing---I don't want to know what they'd say to my face. read more

This review doesn't even deserve to be given 1 star but it made me give one. Realtor Amy Klindt is VERY unprofessional. She is in the wrong field. Almost seemed as if she had a little to much to drink. She showed my wife and I one property an I had had enough. We were actually kind of impressed with the property but due to her unprofessional an definitely unskilled style we will be taking our business else where.
