However, I will try my best. From the beginning he displayed a complete and genuine interest in helping us find the house we wanted. He was always available for questions, complaints, and concerns during the entire process. Rain, shine, morning, noon, or night... he was available and responded to me quickly. The guy knows how to make his clients feel like they are the only things that are important to him. And for me, when buying AND selling a home, I need that "warm and fuzzy" feeling from the realtor Im working with. Call it coddling, call it high maintenance, call it what you will, but I am definitely one of those clients that needed to be told "it will be ok, dont worry, we'll figure this out." Scot knew this took it all in stride. He knows his craft inside and out and was able to "MacGyver" the perfect selling and purchasing deals we needed for the sale of our old home AND the purchase of our new home. Call Scot, leave your worries behind, and trust him. He'll get you taken care of. He's got personality for days and will keep things fun during the entire process as well. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Carrollton. We live outside of Texas and relied heavily…read moreon Matt to provide feedback on the properties we were interested in visiting. Due to the very hot real estate market in the area, we worked with Matt to place an offer on our preferred property without seeing it in person. Matt was very honest and direct about the positive and negatives aspects of the house condition and also pointed out areas that did not need to be addressed immediately, but might become an issue in the next 3-5 years. With a clear understanding of the home we planned to purchase, Matt helped us formulate an offer to ensure we would win over all other bids. Once we were in escrow, Matt arranged all necessary inspections. This was especially important since the first inspection was done prior to the major freeze and follow-up inspections were needed to ensure no new damage had occurred. Matt was on top of communication with title and the listing agent to ensure a smooth escrow process. In addition, he provided many useful referrals to contractors in the area for projects we planned to undertake post close. Matt has also stayed in touch after closing to ensure everything was progressing smoothly with our move-in. We would highly recommend Matt for your residential real estate needs. We will definitely utilize his experience for any future home buying or selling plans in the DFW area.

The first meeting we spoke about the a plan to get the house sold and they were very upfront and provided realistic expectations. Katie staged our home and it looked amazing after she was done, both when showing the home and also for the pictures. I got lots of compliments from friends on how great the house looked after the staging was done and how beautiful the pictures looked. Also, Katie has worked with builders, so if you are looking to build your dream home, she knows exactly how the process works and will be with you every step of the way. Trey is an expertise in marketing. Since he has a sales background, I was super confident he would go above and beyond to sell our home and find the buyer we were looking for. He was willing to do open houses and also reached out to others to bring potential buyers in. Both Katie and Trey were there if we had any questions and went above and beyond to help us out during whole process of selling our home. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, they have years of experience and are super knowledgeable about the market itself. I had heard of Rick Baker through our community Facebook page and started to chat with him as I had…read moreheard that he routinely encouraged homeowners NOT to sell but rather keep the home and enjoy the profits. Our home is in Windsong Ranch in Prosper and we were in the process of planning for the move to our new home when Rick started sharing his insights. After meeting him I sent him this note "First of all you are are a pro. Totally appreciate your commitment to your craft and the research that you have done." After Rick's thorough explanation the decision was very easy. He covered all of the points and timelines etc and what we should expect. Even though we had a purchase offer in hand from a friend of one of our neighbors to buy our home without Realtor commissions we realized that Rick was correct. The REAL money was holding onto the home as Dallas continues to explode with growth we would be FAR better financially. Rick handled everything to perfection. My wife saw the magazine quality photo spread that he and his photographer created to market the home that looked like it was going to be listed for sale and she said that it was stunning and joked about staying. Before listing we had a concern that some homes in Windsong Ranch were sitting for 50 , 60 days and longer before being leased. NOT WITH RICK! Rick listed the home at what was a fairly aggressive price of $5,500 per month and in just 15 days we had two offers. One wanted to haggle and Rick suggested to stick to our guns. The second was a grand slam home run and we had a signed lease and money in the bank in just 15 days!. No discount on the rent plus a TWENTY month lease until June of 2026. The Tenant will pay us $104,000 dollars in rent which is FAR more than we could have hoped for in this market. Bottom line if you want someone who treats your money and your home like his.......Call Rick. He is a total professional with from start to finish with a keen eye for details and negotiates like it is his money.

After viewing a property…read moreand clearly expressing that I wanted to make an offer, I was told comps would be prepared that evening. Communication then became delayed and inconsistent despite the time-sensitive nature of a real estate transaction. I understand that personal and professional issues can arise, but responsiveness, urgency, and follow-through are critical qualities in a buyer's agent -- especially at the very beginning of a relationship. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication gave me little confidence moving forward. Personally likable, but not the level of professionalism or responsiveness I was looking for in representation for future purchases and investments.
