Although it was the end of their work day, John set me up with their "For Sale by Owner" packet, and patiently sat down with me and answered all of my questions. BBC Title assisted us throughout the entire selling and closing process. Both Bat and John were available at any time to answer our questions (we had many). We ended up closing remotely and they helped coordinate it. When we made a mistake during closing, they caught it for us and made sure to help us remedy it.
